  i am sad the police officers and us marshalls were shot, and hope their wounds heal quickly!

  the other night, i was told about a question that a friend's bible study had asked them.

  the bible study asked: "if jesus is perfect, why does he need the 144,000 to help him rule?

  " this friend does not know how to answer this question.

  Oh hell yes..after being in for 50 yrs, I can tell

  they are jw from a mile away ......just look for

  the cocky, I am in charge attitude!! The males

  look at women like they are dirt! ....oh yeah then

  there are their uniforms, suits and below the knee

  dresses .........but very low cut! Guess the have

  to show off one end at least!

  Did you ever actually believe the JW fantasy version of "Paradise"?

  i am sure this topic has probably been discussed many times before but,......... i would like reassurance that i am not the only one who gagged every time i heard a jw pontificating on their fantasy version of what "paradise" will be like.

  particularly when it comes to the animals.

  more specifically, that the animals will all become vegetarians.

  Need a Game Plan

  i'm not sure what is going on at the convention, but i just got a desperate call from a friend wanting me to attend sunday's morning session.

  last weekend, my mom invited me too.instead of saying something like, "i'm sorry, but i have no intention of going back," and having them completely freak out - i agreed to go to the sunday morning session.

  any recommendations?

  Bafh ... don't give up, some days are crappy!

  Try asking someone out for coffee, who you are not

  particularly interested in....other than they are a nice

  person. There will be little or no stress involved.

  You will make a casual friend & learn to relate &

  relax. Then when you do meet someone who turns

  your crank.....you will be used to the routine!
