Using Third-World Poverty-Stricken Witnesses To Guilt More Donations Video, Where is that Video?

i heard about a new video where the watchtower has a single mother and her child eating millet or rice with almost no material possessions worried about donating to the world wide work.

now most religions are trying to donate to third-world countries, not the watchtower profit enterprise, they are willing to take a families last milk cow so their leaders can spend those funds fighting pedophile lawsuits!.

every place the watchtower builds you read about the angry citizens having to pick up their tax bills because the watchtower only takes!

I have to say I actually side with inside on this ... except maybe his use of the word never.

Helping a brother in need, on a local level JW'S do this. They as individuals care (of course the one in need must be active).

As an organization, I believe the motivation to help on a larger scale is more for a public relations pat on the back.

Christmas Beliefs!

I attended Christmas Mass with my mother at her Catholic Church (not as a believer, just to sit with mom) ... interestingly the priest gave two possible reasons for the Dec 25 date, the first he spoke about the early Roman church and the Saturnalia. I was impressed that he addressed it and actually made it sound reasonable that they adopted it into Christianity. If the Catholic Church was more up front about such things in the past, it would take away some of the ammo of the JW's.

Some people called me Santa this weekend ... my wife calls me Satan

my mother's church was having a christmas breakfast this past weekend and needed a santa ... i volunteered.. these little ones thought i was the real deal and one is my child.

when we returned home she went right up to my wife and said ... "mom, santa is real!".

Thanks for the positive feedback ... although I am not sure (BU2B) how much longer our marriage will last ... however, most of my children have been influenced positively by my leaving and trying to educate them. It has been tough, especially the first year or so, but once I was assured by my wife that she had absolutely no intention of considering looking critically into the organization, I decided I had to be calm (with the encouragement of JWN folks like you), do the best I could by example, encourage my children to think and reason ... it has paid off, but it has only made the division in my marriage much wider. It's at the point where I guess we are the source of each other's misery with only one of us willing to make compromises ... but that's the way of a true JW, which I was at one time too, so I get it, there are no compromises.

Bought it and just watchted it.

I am not a "born in" but can relate to the experiences and how I raised my children in the cult.

Very well done. I thought it was balanced.

today i added a new article to my blog.

it will appeal to readers interested in historical documentation of watchtower blood doctrine.

it contains an image of a very rare document from the early 1970s stipulating what jehovah's witnesses do not allow.

Interesting at the end on the signature line ... Watch Tower had preprinted the year as 197_ ... since this was made in 1973 and the end was to be in 1975, I suppose they didn't see the need to just leave it as 19__ which would have allowed them to use the form longer.

it might be that the watchtower has embraced the internet in recent years as never before but in private things are the same .watch this video as an elder strongly discourages a study from using the internet to get answers.shameless mind control from the same people who promote in any kind shape and form their version of online truth ,jw.org.. not many years ago they used to demonise the internet as the following quote from july 2007 kingdom ministry shows:.

Interesting how this young Islamist is exposing other cults. His religion doesn't treat ones who expose his cultic faith very kindly. I wonder if his activism against the Mormon and JW cults and information control would cause him any discomfort with the ways of his own religion.
