To attribute this to me without foundation based on our differing views on an Internet forum? I actually was going to post earlier that I didn't believe that you're a hate filled person, I think you can say hateful things, but that's quite different. On other topics aside from our beliefs/nonbeliefs I have found you to be helpful and kind. I thought I'd read the whole lengthened thread before posting and then found this. I don't want to drag it out, I just want you to know how very upset I am.

As an ex-christian Sab, Strypes, Shelby, Tammy, Loz and Char view people like Qcmbr and I with the same attitude that JWs view apostates. Once you have decided that somebody is an enemy of your god then of course it is permissible to slander them as you see fit and even to pray for their demise and eternal torment. It is such a relief to no longer have to defend the indefensible.
The above has really upset me. I can't really believe such an accusation has not been removed. I make my stand as a firm believer here and always have. I have suffered ridicule and scorn along with the others for it. The only time I take issue with non believers is when I see them bullying. I see it more and more often lately. I don't slander and I don't and would never pray for their or anyone else's demise. There is a person alive who was and is responsible for causing most of the grief to me and my whole family for many years, I don't even pray for his demise. Of the ones I know above, I am certain that none of those would pray for such either. To suggest this is indefensible.

some of them have rally helped me to understand and examine again my beliefs.. last new light concerning f&ds=gb has verified the idea that they are popes in the position op pope.. i still believe in god & in his son jesus christ but not in the gb..

by sosoconfused inhello everyone, just wanted to say hi and introduce myself.. i am a mid 30's just stepped aside elder, who just couldn't handle it anymore.. i am a 3rd generation born-in and former pioneer and bethelite.
it has been a log somewhat confusing ride for me, but i am finally settling in to realizing that i need to really look at what me and my family are doing.. .
its funny though what really got me here... it wasn't the 40 year old men telling me they were looking at boobies on the computer and hoping not to get in trouble, it wasn't the watching young people bail left and right, it wasn't the ever changing new light etc... but a simple thought.. .

Hello and welcome. It's good to hear that you've woken up, however it happened. The WTBS don't have the truth, they are a multi million dollar property company running on legalistic rules and regulations, and can't possibly have Jah's spirit. If you haven't already done so you would benefit from reading Ray Franz's book "Crisis of Conscience" which offers remarkable insight into the GB.

Anyone Else See Les Miserables?
by BizzyBee ini went to see it today - by myself (mr bee is on a golf junket).
i was glad that that i was by myself because i cried so much at the end, i wouldn't have wanted to be with anyone who wasn't crying - and that would not have been mr bee!.
les miserables the current film is adapted from what is considered one of the half-dozen greatest novels of the past 150 years and one of the longest novels ever written.

Saw it on Wednesday. Absolutely loved it. The music, the acting, the story, the cinematography, all brilliant. Had never seen the stage version. The film blew me away. Hubby came along, after half an hour he left to go browsing bookshops. Said there was too much singing lol.
