  why are women so forgiving in jehovahs witnesses ?

  i saw a jw girl i used to work with a few weeks back who was married for about 8 years and has 2 children , she was in a right state and told me her husband had just left her for a work collegue and said he no longer loved her !

  within a month i see her again and she took him back within a wk of him going to live with this other woman , she told me she blamed herself for not having sex often enough !and they were working on their marriage !

  why would you want someone who said they no longer loved you ?

  it is pure hell if you stay.....it is pure hell if you leave......very pretty young sister ,,,who came from a "disfunctional home" ....met and eventually married a "nice,,,theocratic" brother...they had 2 kids....

  the brothers family was "deep" spiritually....father elder..mother of the annointed class...you get the picture...marriage went to hell in a hurry....

  the sister worked at a medical clinic,,,,and eventually fell in love with a doctor...who...also fell in love with her...things progressed "physically" and she was disfellowshipped...the doctor wanted to marry her...

  end result....elders forced her not to marry the guy....if she did,,,she would be "out" for many years...maybe would't get into the new system...lose her kids,,,etc...they did not get together...she was disfellowshipped for over 2 years....the exhusband...almost immediately started dating a sister in his hall that he had "eyes" for even while married....wasn't long,,,and he married her....

  the young sister,,,,at least at the time of me leaving was very alone...she was "soiled" by witness standards,,,,and stayed in the organization...she more than likely will be alone until she dies....the young sister was from my hall,,,and just a gem of a sister....

  i have a number of friends that take a half dozen pills a day!.

  my name is chris and i'm on my way out of the only "society" i've known.. i was raised a witness and have been a ministerial servant for a while now.

  i recently notified the elder body that i will be stepping down and it will soon be official.

  Sister in my Congregation claims Jehovah always answers her prayers....including her new skirt and shoes for $20 bucks???

  to show you how dumb and shallow my congregation is a one of our "deeper" sisters claimed in field services that "jehovah answers all my prayers...like last week i wanted a new skirt and shoes for field service but only had $20 dollars....and would you believe i found them!!!

  now i for one though well, why didn't you pray or the oil pipe in the mexican gulf to dry up...or food for the poor in haiti.

  other pioneers tell of vegetables falling off trucks just when they had nothing for dinner???

  JOHN 14...verses 13 and 14....."whatever it is that you ask in my name,,,,I will do this,,,in order that the father may be glorified in connection with the son....if you ask ANYTHING in my name....I WILL DO IT......

  spiritual people...who have BLIND FAITH...actually believe this...it is quite scarry when you think about it...peaches--shuddering....

  has been bugging me since i read it.. she mentioned how a classmate took special delight in tormenting her due to mary's being a jw.. mary mentioned that this girl pointed to and mocked her when she couldn't share in a birthday?

  celebration.. are some kids really that cruel?

  i could give a crap what some one looks like.....it is whats on the inside....kindness,,,humor,,,forgiveness,,,,GOD,,,i feel like i am answering at the kingdom hall....but truthfully....i like those qualities quoted,,,,,looks again,,,are the last thing on my list....

  we had this couple in our kingdom hall,,,,used to call them barbie and ken...georgous couple....big time....however,,,,2 of the saddest people you could ever meet....they were perfect in "looks" and style.....it has gotten so bad,,,,that the wife said,,,if she went anyplace alone,,,,and if he was home and not a work,,,,that he would SMELL her breath to see if she had eaten anything....(she at all times had to be thin)...

  she used to talk with me and cry.....they finally got divorced....it was awful to say the least...two "elders kids" that were suppose to have the perfect life and marriage.....give me some one with personality....FUC!! THE LOOKS....

  JW Woman dies refusing blood....

  wendy cloete louwwe lost a sister in our congregation today, had severe depression and tried to take her own life.

  sad thing is if the doctors stopped being petty and insisting on bloody and just gave her alternative blood volumiser sooner she might have been fine.

  it took the elders hours to get her transferred to a new hospital.

  flowers for the poor soul that felt the only way out was death.....

  pure hatred for those who have so much "faith" and yet could not see,,,care,,,or were so F'ing stupid they did not recongonize the signs...AND THERE ARE SIGNS....if someone in the congregation has an emotional problem,,,,it should immediately be encouraged to seek "professional help"...and monitored closey.....

  there is no room for mental illness in the organization....reguardless of your age....and this is a typical outcome of their complete evil teachings..peaches.....

  I Just Ran Into a Former Bible Student And He Was (Sadly) Shocked About Me

  i studied with this guy for years.

  he believed it was the "truth" although a few things weren't right with him.

  he asked me how business, family, being an elder was and he was flabbergasted when i told him i was divorced and had left the religion.

  What I hate most about missing the meetings...

  ...is when people ask why i wasn't there.

  usually i tell them, that i was sick, or not feeling well, which for the most part is true.

  what is irritating is when someone presses it, especially someone you are closer with in the congregation.

  just tell them you have heard about some really nasty rumors being said about you,,,and you do not have the ability to face anyone...tell them you had to get some antidepressants from your doctor....and he said for you to stay away until you are stronger mentally and can deal with the abuse...
