It is great that you are there for them when they are ready to start thinking and investigating.

How did I get here? From Bible student to baby missionary
by Faithful Witness inmy name is valerie.
i thought i would add my story to the archives, in case anyone else can relate.. i am a homeschooling mom of 2 young children, ages 7 & 5. i was "saved" (overused expression) when i was a child, attended awana until middle school, and then led a basic, worldy life as a "good person.".
one day, during a short separation from my husband, the doorbell rang.

I'am in the Penalty Box! I asked the Circuit Overseer "Who Donates Blood For Jehovah's Witnesses Blood Fragments".
by AuntConnie intold my husband to put a muzzle on my mouth over the blood dogma.
we all were driving around in field service when the topic of "which fragments would you take if you were in a car accident or cut yourself badly".
said his choice is a personal one, another sister with chronic health problems said she had no problem with the governing body's new light on taking various fragments.

The "morass of inconsistencies" Ray Franz spoke of, and which is generated by legalism, does actually end with checkmate - by AuntConnie!
Pity these fools are too cowardly to admit defeat - a sin punishable by Gehenna according to Rev 21:8.

Discussion w/ Wife: I Welcome Your Suggestions
by breakfast of champions inso these last few wts have definitely eroded my wife's faith in the org.
she is definitely seeing the bs, and i even overheard her talking openly about it to a family member.
good for her!.

Awesome scripture Londo111.
BOC maybe you could ask your wife to explain "legalism" and its exact opposite from the Watchtower library.
(This is a neat way to get her to unknowingly read a brilliant summary of CoC/ISoCF).

I am dealing with health issues and will let you know if and when I am in a position to receive further calls. In the meantime I would appreciate being afforded privacy.
If possible move to a foreign language congregation, have your record card forwarded there, and attend a single meeting.
Others have written better sounding suggestions in the past on JWN.

And who else is doing the preaching work like Jehovahs Witnesses?
And what a joke their "preaching" is.
The phrases "publishers of the good news" and "publisher of the good news" appear a total of 260 times in the 2012 Watchtower library. The word "evangelizer/s" appears 986 times.
The "Good News" in scripture has at least 30 key ingredients.
The "Good News" JWs take door-to-door has only 1 ingredient.
Some of the most notable missing ingredients: salvation, Jesus' birth, Jesus' death, imputed righteousness (justification), imputed holiness (sanctification) and so on...
Some questions for thinking and honesthearted JWs:
Can I claim to be a "publisher of the Good News" if the "Good News" according to Paul, Moses, Isaiah and Psalms is not in my heart and not on my lips?
Is it true that more than half the Bible's references to "Good News" are by Paul?
What would you think of a motorcar salesman that had no idea that a Ford is a motorcar?
What do you think of a "Christian" that cannot explain what the gospel is in one word? (It is a "message")

Great video above DATA-DOG.
Very clear and well thought out communication styles and reasoning - hard to argue with.

I believe there was a GB in the first century.
It was called the (apostate) Sanhedrin.
The apostles were most certainly not part of it.
It also seems those apostles in Jerusalem were the cause of the circumcision problem and not the solution.

A bit too close to TATT for comfort...

My daughter has been officially dfd, unfortunately...
by suavojr inunfortunately she still does not know ttatt... the good thing is that my wife (her mom) is not shunning her!.
i gave my daughter love & comfort and told her that nobody is ever going to divide us, i might not be happy with all of her choices and decisions but i just want her to be happy.
my family is still asleep and still thinks this is the truthtm and my wife wants her to come back.

Hopefully a blessing in disguise that leads to contemplating TATT.
Extreme adversity pushed our family to take a hard look at the "Good News" and follow it wherever it lead.
As it turns out - away from addiction to the Watchtower and to sectarian religion - by design.
Ironically we used only their own publications - which many have observed is their own worst enemy.
Only 30 months of this medicine and we were all cured for good - and finally free to read, write, explore, question and grow at a breathtaking pace.
(Why does the "true religion" secretly blind its followers to the liberating "Good News" according to Paul, Moses, Isaiah and Psalms?)
