a jw who formerly treated you badly when you were a dub, shunned and treated you even worse when you left - leaves the borg and is now a fellow ex-jw?.
has anyone ever had this happen to them?.
would you try to work out your differences?
When I was in the borg, my best friend left the witnesses. I shunned her as I was taught to do and we lost touch. She was the first person I called when I left and I gave her my sincere apologies. Thank goodness she accepted and we are the best of friends again today.
My brother and mother both shun me today. If they left the borg, I would welcome them with open arms. It's just as hard for them when they come out.

i started a detox diet a couple of days ago.
i'm having headaches, (that i believe pass over a short period of time).. anybody else detoxing at the moment?.
anybody got any experience of detoxing?

My husband and I used products from ariseandshine.com . They have a lot of info on the subject. My husband lost 42 pounds doing that.

My divorce attorney who was a bulldog was Elisa Maloff. Her office was in Dallas. She is very familiar with the JW's. She has argued cases for and against them. I know she remarried and changed her last name but her phone number when I used her was 214-987-3036. I haven't talked to her in several years and I don't know if she's even still in the area but it might be worth a try. She was very pricy, but maybe she could recommend someone for you that would be more affordable.

My husband and I both did detox and colon cleanses last year. We had major headaches coming off caffeine. Also, as the bad stuff starts passing through your system, you may get sick. It will come out in all different ways. Be sure you "dry brush" your skin while you are detoxing, that will help with the bad stuff that comes through your skin.

i went home for supper and the wife was there, supper done, looking at her wrist.
i saw a red mark, i pressed her about it.

i have been researching the greyhound breed.
does any one have a italian greyhound or greyhound?
my application is in for a retired or rescue dog.
I have an English Bulldog named "Evie." We nearly adopted a greyhound last year but another family beat me to the one I wanted. They are very sweet and gentle dogs but have to kept indoors and crated when left alone.

how many of you on this forum were born into the jw faith?
do you think this put you at a disadvantage when leaving the org.
do you think that someone who becomes a witness later in life would have an easier time adjusting back to a "normal" life?
I was born and raised in it, married in it. My leaving basically caused my divorce. I think it's harder for those like us becuause we don't really build a life outside the borg, then when you leave, you have to start all over as adults. I have a very hard time trusting people since basically all of my witness friends disowned me. Thank goodness one of my brothers and my youngest sister have left as well.

i thought that you might enjoy seeing some pics of our anniversary night out a couple of weeks ago.. this is her ladyship and i at the start of the evening, we're just starting our second bottle of wine, a sprightly sancerre, whilst we await the arrival of our main course in the flute de paris:.
once we'd finished in the restaurant we went back to our - youve guessed it - local pub, the waverley, already visited by 30 + apostates to date.
now we're really warming up, and drinks are on the house for us:.

i left the jws 7 years ago and still have a sister in there.. my mother has also now left and as a result has been banned from seeing her grandchildren by my sister, yet her father inlaw a jw and convicted peodophile ( he repented so its all ok now!!!
) can have unrestricted access because he's part of jehovahs wonderfull organization.

I still have family that is still in the borg as well, a brother and a mother. The rest of us keep working on them and hoping some day they will see the real "truth" and come out. Hope all is well with you.
