  i would go outside and listen to the psalms that praised to my god.

  Even if you have come to the conclusion that there is a God, how do you leap the conclusion that is the god of the bible, and not one of the other thousands of deities created by man over the millennia of our existence?

  and i am finding the adjustment to the real world far more difficult than i ever imagined...i f...it has been about five years since i totally woke up to the fraudulant nwt and then all my other doubts i had carried for years were proved true as well.

  but almost all of my few friends are exjw or slack jw's and i feel so isolated...my sons friends are mostly exjw too but not their gf's and they have way more normal friends .

  how have you done at replacing lifelong friends and family?

  I still have Eric as a Facebook friend, I never met him in person but we chatted a few times.

  It still breaks my heart when I recall the way he was treated, particularly after his motorcycle accident

  recent events and book reads (one suggested by cofty i believe- thank you) have lead me to the only logical and acceptable conclusion:.

  there is no god.. simple logical reasoning: matter can neither me created or destroyed.

  so the amount of mass in the universe is constant.

  is it just me or does anyone else see more newbies joining this site this past year and especially in the last few months .. we would love to welcome you with genuine friendship ,support ,encouragement ,a place to vent ,and not judge you.. you have the freedom to express whatever view you like and you won`t be kicked off the board.. and to learn more about the "truth" about the truth , you will not hear at a kingdom hall .. smiddy.

  i'm in contact with service and writing and brochure first step there bleeding publishers they can't take it anymore publishers are depressed because they feel they must shun others and they know it's unloving.

  today was the first time i've seen a bro wearing a jw.

  org lapel pin, actually much, much larger than an actual lapel pin.

  square shaped, the background was olive green but the letters were white in bold letters.

  Welcome, you can tell from my name that I once thought I could never leave - I did and took my immediate family with me

  The truth is, those still in are pretty much a$$4013€5 who think that shunning is some sort of mission from gawd even it it includes ignoring unbaptised minors . Anyway let's never forget that this is a cult we are talking about!!
