from the time i was a small boy - i loved rock n' roll music.

beatles, rolling stones, led zeppelin, hendrix.

i started getting slighted for the music i listened to as i lay in my bedroom listening on headphones to led zeppelin's song " black dog " at age 14 with my elder dad looking suspiciously at me as i'm rocking out .

My Dad used to listen to our record albums (back in the day they were vinyl LPs for you youngsters).

I was never counseled but my younger bro sure was. He had Ozzy Osbourne's "Speak of the Devil" album. My Dad was furious, throwing it on the ground. My bro said "Don't worry Dad, I am going to return it to the record store." And to himself he said "And I'm picking up the cassette tape."

I have too much crap!! How to declutter/dehoard.....

some areas of our home are very nice, tidy, clean.

and other rooms are just junk and clutter and clothes and papers.... omg.

and now that we are getting older, we realize that we face a time of transition -- and this is hard to cope with too, as we believed the lie that we would never get old, etc.

I have to declutter too.

I'm currently working on my Dad's place. Am hoping the auction will happen this spring. It will all be gone and I can then sell his house.

I am also working on my stuff. Once I get a big enough pile, I'll send it to auction too.

I am SO tempted ! to join the FSM Church !

i am so tempted to join it openly, and see what the reaction of the jw's is, surely they should df me for joining another religion?.
