Collective Guilt and Jehovah's Witnesses
by Momma-Tossed-Me injehovahs witnesses did not originate as a religion that utilized collective guilt more than any other religious group.
over time as growth was established, critical analysis of the doctrine also took root as a result of marketing these beliefs to the masses around the world.
branding occurred and when the leadership could not shore up the structural faults within the belief system, they had to prevent critical evaluation or alternative viewpoints from being revealed within.

Child custody and the WTBTS, what kind of Case Load?
by Momma-Tossed-Me in.
it was recently published in a letter to elders in the congregation that divorce cases involving child custody should only be referred to the legal department if the non-jw spouse makes an issue of the child or children being raised as jws or calls into question the wtbts doctrine.. do you suppose the legal department is being over-run with cases such as these and resources are being stretched thin?.
there must be an over whelming amount of cases that the wtbts has to handle on a yearly basis against the organization and with an added load of cases from the rank and file it must be unmanageable.. mtm.

Collective Guilt, how dangerous is it?
by Momma-Tossed-Me ini will be writing a more comprehensive report on this topic but please give your thoughts on it.
i think that it has been used by some of the most ruthless dictators in history to control the public dialog within their countries.
it is a powerful tool that is very effective when paired with fear.

Biblical precedence for opposing viewpoints within the Congregation
by Momma-Tossed-Me inoften the wtbts uses the gathering of older men in jerusalem as support for the organizational structure used today.
this essay will examine the validity of that claim by way of logic and reason.. .
logically an argument could be formulated that this meeting was not a regularly scheduled or organized group that held weekly or monthly meetings to discuss things related to the early christian congregation but that is a thesis to be explored on another day.. .

Crisis of Confidence...GB vs. Legal/Support
by Momma-Tossed-Me inthere is a division of confidence amoung the above two bodies.. the gb feels it has no need to worry since they have god's spirit.. the legal/support departments see the writing on the wall or the reality inwhich we live.. someone has to balance this between the two parties inorder to maintain the stability of the wtbts.. it appears at this time the support staff is winning by using the facts concerning the lack of liquidity that the org is experiencing now.. at some point the staff will have to deliver the bad news to the gb that they can no longer cover up the loss of adherents.. hopefully some time soon.. mtm.

Do you wear your mark proudly....
by Momma-Tossed-Me inat times in histroy the ruling classes have used marking or tatooing as a mark to notify the public of how to respond or be warned with regard to the individual bearing the mark.. in some cultures this marking practice has caused more problems than it solved.
these individuals have banded together and gained influence among the populace, some for good purpose, some for bad.. i would like to think that our collective purpose is good.
our purpose should be educational, informing those who are in, and out, that this organization has lost god's approval if it ever had it at all.. inorder to do that we must not shrink away from those who are in when we see them in public.

Theocratic Warfare is easier with the advent of cyber warfare.
by Momma-Tossed-Me inwith the advent of cyberwarfare on the rise among nations with little to no reprecussions because of the hidden nature of the enemy the wtbts should be building an aresonol of software.
surely they are doing this to combat enemies of the true religion.

WTBTS do no wrong in the eyes of believers?
by Momma-Tossed-Me inthe wtbts has enjoyed a well insulated capsule of people for a long time.
the amount of adherents that left was minimal because of the thick wall of fear.
they are riding on a sharp edge that with one great movement one way or the other could ruptre and cause great hemmoraghing.

People leave the Org but don't drop the doctrine?
by Momma-Tossed-Me inthis deserved its own thread.
one thing i have observed being able to speak freely to individuals now about the wtbts is that even though they fade, they hold one to all or a portion of the doctrine.. if you examine the doctrine openly and fully you will see it has as many holes in it as the org does.
although it may appeal to you it doesn't make it sound scripturally.

MTM Experiences
by Momma-Tossed-Me inif witnesses could only feel the freedom to speak their minds, what would they say?.
well, being fully free from the org via my ex-communication really allows me to engage in conversations with members who allow me to do so.. what i have found interesting in every conversation is this common phrase, "you know (looking down their nose at me) the truth.
you know that the information is correct so imperfect organization or not this is jehovah's chosen organization.
