  What is it with these conventions?

  my friend that is a jw spent the last week doing all kinds of things that go against everything i've been reading about jw's.

  for example, drinking, hanging out with "worldly" people, gambling, having sex outside marriage and just basically living it up and doing whatever they wanted.

  now, they're at this convention for the last two days and they're acting like a robot, spewing bible verses and talking about how evil the world is with all it's problems and immorality.

  another convention is taking place in my neighborhood this weekend.

  i see them from my office lining up to get in.

  what should the sign say?

  Can somebody explain the time sheet process

  is it an actual form that you fill out and submit to the main office?

  do you break down the hours and what you did?

  did anyone find it fun or help encourage them to do more, or was more time just spent getting creative with it?

  i saw this on youtube and don't understand how he can make the statement, "i don't follow the watch tower" but i am a jw.

  if you are a jw, don't you follow what the watch tower says?

  Using the phone to listen to meetings

  i'm not a jw.

  my friend is and gave me a phone number to call and she said i could listen in on the meeting to hear what she hears.

  she specifically said they won't ask for my name or phone number or record my information from the call.
