perhaps the oddest thing i've looked forward to doing for years is finding and activating my god spot in my brain.
my wish finally came true today.
if anyone reading this isn't aware of what a "god spot" is i would say in a nutshell that it is neurological response to magnetically stimulating the brain where many people feel "god like" experiences and describe either unusual illusions or intense religious feelings.
I find this facinating as it provides a scientific explination why some people feel more plugged into god than others. Sounds like you just need some fine tuning on finding the right spot. Also it has been proven by EEG equipment that this part of the brain becomes very active during meditation or spirtual experiences.

Why does god sound like a broken record? He said these same things thousands of years ago. Doesn't he have something new to tell us than to keep looking for him as he hides behind doors?
That is why David asked to have his discipline come from JAH... than be turned over to earthling man for it.
I think it had more to do with David being a coward. Let's look at the facts. David let his god (JAH) kill 70,000 of his own people in order to save his own skin from earthling man, all because of the sin that HE commited. What was this gross sin that forced gods hand to slaughter 70,000 of his own people? Taking a damn census! Yes counting, caused the death of thousands at gods hand because David didn't have the balls to take ownership! Yeah, I can see why David asked to have his discipline come from jah... it saved his ass, at the expense of 70,000 others.
I guess that is just the sacrafices one must make when you represent the most supreme being in the universe. David did it in ancient times and the GB of Jehovah's witnesses does it in modern times.
you know that you have become the worst of those leaving, when you start to celebrate holidays.. i remember a few times hearing people talk in the hall about someone leaving.
missing meetings, being spiritually weak, etc people could handle.
they could even handle it if someone got df'd for having sex, or drinking, or whatever.
This is what is tought by the JW masters.
There has been material printed in either the WT or KM talking about apostates that makes a statement to the effect that some who have left have gone so far to start celabrating holidays and start smoking. So for any JW who leaves and does these things, they are equated to apostates.
They can't even leave you alone after your exit. You will be villified for the rest of your life by the taskmasters.

Depends how stupid the woman is.
It can also depend on how stupid the man is. One I plan on trying soon, is to have all the material for building a fire, hid in the trunk of my car. On a nice evening, when all the stars are out, pull into a park or camp ground and pull it out, start a fire and have intimate conversation and marshmallows. This might work best for those who don't have a fireplace at home.
i find myself finally becoming accustomed to the fact that i am single again.
i am no longer thinking in couple terms and i now cook to please only me.
it's fun and scary all at the same time.
Single and still looking here. I find myself vacilating on the looking part with teen boys still at home and sometimes think it would be best to wait and look after they are gone. I know how hard it is for me to put up with them, let alone another who is not a parent.
For those still looking.... I hope you all find the right person who can nurish your soul.
For those who have found that relationship, hang on to it! They are not easy to come by.
