well sometime ago when i was meeting at the kingdom hall i overheard someone whos been in the tower all his life say to someone " have you heard that the number of the annointed are going up and not down, people are saying they are of the annointed when they are not".well since, i have spoken to an elder about overhearing this and all i got back was " no this person wasnt questioning the watchtower, just pointing out a problem".so they know this is going on and they dont even question anything.its just so ridiculous for people who examine and scrutinze for study every word the wt puts out.

Many witnesses have questions about the tower, but denial usually kicks in. When the truth about an issue is too painful to accept, sometimes it's just easier to ignore the truth and continue believing the lie.

i have seen so many jw's that are fruit loops, i'm not meaning clinical depression or mental illness, many are just balmy, they seem to be off tap.
i would estimate that 1 in 4 are off their head.
disruptive behaviour and trouble makers, gossipers and out right rude, so many seem to have problems out of the normal, many i find are backward, maybe that is the one way street of indoctinization.. what experiences have any had..
I agree that nutters are attracted to the organization. When someone starts going to the meetings, they are love bombed like everyone else. For most nut cases, they've chased away every other person in their life, so the witnesses present a new audience.
I agree, I really believe it is a social thing for misfits, rejects from the world, and over the years it has become a lot worse. I get around a bit from state to state as well, and the number of nutters in the congregations compared to about thirty years ago is staggering. Not just loonies either but some are real tormenters, trouble makers and are allowed to upset others and get away with it, turn the other cheek, be forgiving and it goes on, its always the same ones and they never get reproved, they are sick so we have to keep putting up with it, if they treated some worldy people the way they do the b/s I'm sure they would have been in all sorts of trouble.
Its not just the nutters that are attracted to the JW's its also the weird and ugly, I know that sounds awful, but its true, some of the brothers are so horrible they would have no hope of getting a women outside the congregation, but in the religion I have seen the most ugly short fat men with really pretty women, and they really think they are wonderful, I know it is the person and not the looks, but the egos of men in the org is really a joke, the women are desperate for husbands and there are just not enough brothers, I feel so sorry for them. I know that sounds terrible but its true.

this is just something that really peed me off regarding the elders, is how low they are sinking to get gossip and stuff now, i was in contact with a well trusted friend of mine who used to attend meetings up until 2 years ago, his wife is still in the jw org, he was having a joke around on some text messages with me regarding my man saying "try before you buy" and so on, which i found amusing....lets just say his wife didnt...she snooped on his phone, wrote out the texts he had sent me and gave the transcript to the elders, and now he has to go before a judicial commitee.
how wrong is that, for a start its an invasion of privacy!
i was fuming yesterday when i found out.
he's not gay, he's bi-sexual, and has probably givin' his wife reason to suspect him over the years.

In all due respects... I don't agree with the title, FDS and its GB...
shouldn't it be the GB and its FDS.
The annointed are scattered all around the world they are not just the GB, this is the arrogant mistake, the GB existing and making all the rules and excluding all other annionted of Christs brothers which should make up the FDS is wrong. That is the whole problem.
The GB has elevated itself above Christ and excluded all other annointed on the earth, in actual fact they have fullfilling 1Cor4:8..they have begun to take authority over Christs possessions which are the sheep.
Christ is yet to approve of this self appointed FDS, and although they have begun to feed his sheep it remains to be seen if they have been approved. That is in the future, but they think they have approval. Worst still they have begun to rule as kings, and they laud it over their subjects, and exclude even their brothers the the rest of the annointed.

all three that believe in a mono God, though I thought the Mormons believed in Jesus and God as one but the Holy Spirit seperate.
So because they don't believe in the Trinity they are not Christian, well I say because they do believe in the Trinity they are pagan and therefore could not be Christian, as Jesus said I am the Son of the Living God, the Father is greater than I am and so many more as you probably know.
But paradoxly, the pagans may show more Christ like love and qualities than the Trinity worshipers, or than the JW, Mormons and Jews, and vice versa.
So a Christian obviously is a follower of Jesus someone that follows his example listens to him and practices what they believe.

Jehovah’s Witnesses are like onions. After you pull back the protective layer that they want you to see, you find things that most people in the world know nothing about.
Readers of this article deserve to know the truth lest they innocently become Jehovah Witness victims themselves by thinking, "Oh, what a nice group of people. Maybe I'll talk to them the next time they come to my door." Remember, Jim Jones was once considered "harmless" too.

They are not all like what this person said, I think to be honest and fair, it would be unchristian to exagerate and over react, most witnesses are honest hard working people that believe what they do is right. Sure you get some rat bags in the org and gossipers, and the usual but so do other religions.
Some horrid people in the org, but there are there are many more very good people, my family being some of them thank you, not all are over the top either, and some take no notice of what the society says on some things. Next time they come to youre door, try and remember they are doing what Jesus commanded them to do to preach about the Kingdom, and most do it out of love, believe it or not they do care about people. If you don't want them there then tell them not to call again and they wont, you know don't you, didn't you go out at one time, so why all the drama.
