no, serious. i was in a cocaine induced frenzy. i was ready to end it all. had the gun in hand, and a lyric from that song flashed across my mind. the lyric was "i ain't going out like no punk bitch" seems silly, but, it gave me the strength to keep going.

i stay away from simple carbs and go for complex carbs. complex carbs break down slower and give you a better "burn" more energy for a longer time. simple carbs burn fast and give you that jolt, then you crash.
also, if you have the means, get a elliptical machine. they are zero impact and give you a superior workout than walking alone.

zeroday is right. when i was on my diet,. i was eating constantly, but, i was eating the right stuff. if you don't eat, your body reacts by trying to hold on to everything. try eating right. eat 6 small meals throughout the day. don't eat until your full, eat until your satisfied. if you start feeling hungry, eat again, SMALL AMOUNTS!!! between that and walking i lost 150 lbs. i am not kidding. i need to lose about 25 right now, i should get on a diet to.

we used to play a game called hide the belt. one kid would go into the neighborhood, and put a belt in an obvious location. whoever found it whipped the other kids until they got back to base. most of our games were violent and dangerous. i think kids today miss out on alot. kids today are little pansises that never learn to live with rejection. they never learn to deal with problems. all they know is grab a gun, or sue. whatever happened to a good old fist fight?
