How Many of us Have Shared Our Stories on JWD ? Helps us Know you Better
by flipper injust thought of starting this thread because of the problem of living in an emotionally disconnected society as we do.
some of us have shared our personal stories with you all, my wife and mine was , " the story of mr. & mrs. flipper ".
i think it would be good to share some insight into ourselves , then perhaps others on the board will be understanding more deeply about posts that we start.

Not wanting to be near a child
by JH ininteresting article.. http://online.wsj.com/article_email/sb118903209653018615-lmyqjaxmde3oda5njawmzyywj.html.
as a single man, i also feel that it's not well seen to even talk to a child you don't know... just look ahead and don't look at them.. pretty sad world hey..... .

i know what you mean. it really sucks. i was at a birthday party for a co-workers son. they had little kids playing on a slide. missanna was at work, and i was there alone. my subconscience told me not to go by the kids for fear of someone freaking out. i don't know why i felt like that. i'm glad to know i'm not the only one that is tortured with this. these asshole perverts make it hard on all of us. i think alot of it has to do with all the stuff i read about the molestations in the k.h. i don't even want to give the impression those thoughts are in my head. truly sad we have to be like that.

Even a 2 stroke liquid cooled engine is less polluting than an air cooled. The key is keeping the engine at a constant temp for proper fuel ignition...
yep, this is true of all vehicles. when your thermostat goes out, some people think that a cooler running t-stat is better. not so, you have to get the one designed for your engine. this is espically true of fuel injected cars. if your temps. are out of wack, the car will do some goofy stuff. the computer doesn't know you've changed it, and keeps trying to adjust accordingly.
keeping engines properly tuned, clean, and changing the oil is something alot of people overlook. these are the best things you can do to save at the pump and avoid un-necessary polluting.

Do you have to use the pedals to get up hills? If so that's enough to make me forget this idea.
yeah, the pedals give you that extra push when you need it. some models are also started with them.

"I am leaving"
by DazedAndConfused inbigdreaux's thread caused me to think back on similar threads where the poster's have been blasted for their exit threads.
most try to reason with the poster with positive responses and try to get them to stay with us, but a few have posted negative thoughts to being downright nasty.. i have noticed various post's stating "you'll be back" (in sarcasm) to those who outright state that we are better off without you (the poster who says goodbye.).
there have been good people here, bigdreaux included, who are ostracised for their post to say goodbye.
