i googled jesus and found these pictures of what he may have looked like.. here are a few pictures i saw that didn't match what i expected jesus to look like.

If it wasn't for this site I don't know how I would be able to fully turn my back on that religion. I would still be caught in limbo. Still scared to face the truth and miserable because of it. Donnie McClurkin song We fall down saved my life. I was feeling so low when this came out. I had just left my husband and was feeling horrible about it. I felt like there was nothing to live for, I couldn't please Jehovah. And I heard this song while driving and cried so hard. And it felt like God had literally touched me and I felt I had made the best decision of my life and that Jehovah understood. He knew my heart.

These songs made me feel like Jehovah would be there for me no matter what! I still believe that.

So much to do , so much to do
Well first I plan to revamp my finanical future, so that I will be able to take care of my JW mom (who has no 401k ) so that in 20yrs (after no big A) she won't be living on the streets. Also start putting money away so my little brother can go to college

probably more so than the population in general in my opinion.. if you have been divorced, do you think that the watchtower society contributed to the divorce, or caused it, or is it just possible you married some jerk or abuser and divorce would have occured no matter what religion you were, or even if you had no religion?.
possibly you got married way too young as the end was coming and there is no marriage in the resurrection if you died.

The admonition that you can only be free to remarry if there is a death of a marriage mate or adultery, raises the adultery rate, some people feel trapped and feel adultery is their only way out of a bad marriage
Our marriage was dead and he was still holding out. His mother called me and asked me why did I want a divorce and I said , " I don't love him" and she said Jehovah hates a divorcing try to work it out, you don't have a scriptural reason and he won't be able to get married. So I gave him one. He knew and finally accepted I didn't want to be with him anymore. It was horrible of me to do, but I felt like he was not getting it
