i was asked today to explain this verse, a man at lunch said i have been told you are knowledgeable of the bible.

he asked me to read ezekiel 20:25 which say's "wherefore i gave them also statutes that were not good, and judgments whereby they should not live".

he asked how could we know if what is in the bible is good.

I think it has to do with the shape of the bald persons head. If it resembles a phalic symbol with ears in the COs eyes then it is a no no but then again if no resemblence is apparent then its ok.

How do you feel about Photo Radar?

recently, in my great city of phoenix, arizona, i received a notice of violation for speeding even though the actual person (a woman) who was captured by the photo radar was driving a car which wasn't mine with a plate that wasn't registered to me.

i took it to the media and they did an interview with me, which you can see here: www.kpho.com/video/14785490/index.html.

my biggest issue or concern is that i am jumping through hoops to clear this up with the arizona department of public safety.

I'll be watching for those cams. So as to be sure I wont be caught running a r light I from this point on will slam on my brakes as soon as it turns yellow.

the last time i went asailing - the great barrier reef - i was one of the very few who did not get sick; i played the florence/clara role [the guy version] to the queasy upshuckers.

Sharing the 'real' truth by commenting at meetings

having recently gotten my commenting 'privleges' back i try to sow seeds of truth with them.. here are two tidbits i have shared:.

1----- the bible highlights-------when the older men judged legal cases, they did it at the city gates where the proceedings could be observed.. 2-----wt study yesterday-----the world was judged wicked and noah was judged righteous---he was a 'preacher of righteousness' before he started on the ark.

there is no indication that god ever intended for anyone else other than noah and his family to get on the ark.

thats pretty much it....my at home son seems so much younger than he should be...he is now 20 but hangs with much youger dubs...and has no girlfriend to date.

i had like ten by then and had done everything but impregnate a girl................................what the hey is going on here?....................................oompa..

plus he is a ministerial servant and reg.

1976 me 19 my brother 16. Brother moved back in by then elder dad had started a fade and became liberal. On Sat nights we ussually made it to Hollywood in different cars with different freinds. So on Sun mornings I would go by my folks house and my brother and I would compare notes although we probably bumped into each other throughout the various clubs while partying.

Upon entering my parents house one Sun morning they stopped me before I entered his room and said "We think he has a girl in there" I ask "Why do you think so?" Their reply was "Her shoes and purse are on the sofa."

Turned out it was a jw girl who used to party in Hollywood also. My parents knew her, not a problem.

Girlfreinds spending the night was never a problem just as us not coming home for the evening didn't matter either.

When they found our herb as in when doing wash or walking in and it was accidentialy on the coffee table. nothing would ever be said.

My parents were liberal!!!
