  Silent Witnessing?

  i can remind that i am here coz of my brother who is jw.

  its over year past we last talked about matters of faith (no we didn't stop speaking atall - just matters of faith) as we find that we do believe different things (i am lutheran).

  it would be pretty stupid from my side all the times to direct him in different topics etc.

  I can remind that I am here coz of my brother who is JW. Its over year past we last talked about matters of faith (no we didn't stop speaking atall - just matters of faith) as we find that we do believe different things (I am Lutheran). It would be pretty stupid from my side all the times to direct him in different topics etc. His mind is typical JW mind, so it is useless to witness to him when he does not initiates the talk.
  Question... are there ways to witness without actuall witnessing to JW? As I understand JW judge and sees things around through their prism, is it possible to have some behaviour some way of "silent witnessing" which makes them think and doubt? I believe I am asking something I cleary not understand what am I asking, but except words what else can open their eyes? Or should I wait for his own wakeup (which can be in year, 2, 5, 10, 20, never) and just be there when he will be shunned?
  For now nothing more then prayers I don't have, time of talk is over :(

  the reason i ask is because a few weeks ago i was talking with two young men about him and one of them turned to the other (his cousin) and said, "i know jesus is real.

  You have to bee damn sure that Hell is invention just to ignore it.
  I still havent seen any proof of such a bold claim. All "proofs" are some kind of genetic fallacy!
  And yes, Hell should scare ppl. Question is, if you are scared of height, wat you do? Stop believing gravity or just take precosions to not climb trees and roofs?
  Sometimes people take warnings as form of scaring.
  And Here is million dollar question. IF (just IF) there is Hell, would you like to know about it and how to avoid it?

  Infallibility of Scripture

  one of this biggest teachings present in mostly all christian denominations is the idea that the bible is infallibile.

  my question is, where does the bible say this?

  i know of many scriptures that point to the idea that what was written was directed by god, but where does the idea that what written is totally without error originate?

  My 2 cents. Weather it is truth or mistruth written in Bible depends if you understand WHAT it is written. Let me demonstrate it with very stupid example, but you will understand. When you read that sheeps and goats will be separated, that DOES NOT mean that we will be turned into the animals first then separation starts. So in strict word I believe that if we understand literary the passages then Bible is pure lies or I don't have faith to believe that I will be turned into sheep.
  So the point is. Bible tells truth. Question is can you reach it and understand it?

  "Will I be Saved"?

  when i was about 12 years old, i used to see a religious show on sunday mornings called "amazing prophecies".

  what the ministers name was, i don't remember.

  at the end of the show, he asked those who wanted to be saved and have jesus come into their heart, to pray along with him, so i prayed along with him, because i wanted to be saved.. about 13 years later, i become a j.w.

  Yes you are saved if you believe that Jesus hav died for you and rised and that he is Son of God.
