  When Your Parent Died

  I have mixed feelings about my parents (dad 1988 78 yrs) (mother 2000 86 yrs) they both died shunning me and it makes closure very hard. I attended my father's funeral but was not present for my mother's. Seeing non of my JW siblings had their graves marked in any way I recently placed grave stones on their graves. This brought about a little closure for me.

  i just saw the mail.

  when i saw a bill from the satellite tv company i could not refrain from opening it.. seems like the congregation is flipping the $88 a month for the c.o.

  to watch tv.. the billing was not personalized to the co, but to the congregation.

  Snakes.. you only saw snow outside of the arena where they scrape the snow off the ice. We have had summer weather here in Niagara for the past month or so.

  For those who have traveled outside of the US...your favorite destination!

  mine is garmisch germany....spotless and dog friendly, in the heart of the alps, just on the border of austria, driving distance to anywhere in italy....an absolute dream.

  the town is small, (near where sound of music was filmed) beautiful shops including, chocolate, designer fashions, local specialties and the best food you have ever tasted from every part of the world.. it is a professional skier's destination, and at the same time, cows are driven through in the morning and evening with most traffic coming to a halt to allow the same.. driving in form munich, about an hour, you climb mountains and then suddenly come into beautiful fields with the mountains rising above you.

  It seems I have my JW brother back

  with the shit going down on this board as of late i'd like to post something really good that happened to me lately.

  i got my brother jw brother back.

  back in 2001 of this same month i posted about letting jw relatives go because i got tired of the pain of hoping those relationships would be restored when it seemed impossible.
