  Chiropractic

  i have always suspected that chiropractic is a total crock.

  the concept that having your backbone crackled a little bit every month will control your blood pressure, cure your asthma and keep you mobile and flu-free until you're 120 seems farfetched, and yet all my life every time i have had a headache i have been inclined to set up an appointment.. i've really only been in serious pain three times; some bad neck pain which cleared up after a depressing relationship, some lumbar pain from a bad lift incident which cleared up after three weeks of wiggling around on a fitball while i was watching tv in the evening, and some weird shoulder pain which cleared up when i rejoined a gym.

  i have wasted a lot of money for many years - chiropractic just wasn't there for me.

  When nerves can't function properly because of mis-alignment that causes constriction, the things they connect to aren't going to work the way they should. Coupled with good nutrition, it gives the body the best fighting chance to heal itself, imho, without resorting to the high-price alternatives of cut, burn and poison, that offer no guarantees and but often come with major unwanted side effects, and that in addition to a major drain on resources also requires homage be given to the practitioners who wear replicas of snakes on their collars, and who at least half the time don't know and don't care about what they're doing, as long as they get paid.

  Stop Blaming Saturated Fat

  that is incorrect as saturated fats raise both the good and the bad cholesterol and they do not cause fatty deposits in the arteries.

  this is because all vegetable oils oxidize; especially when used in cooking.

  "This change shows how close the end we REALLY are..............."

  according to one of my relatives, the co said, on a recent visit, that the offer of "everlasting life" will be brief and to the point.. when street witnessing, if people refuse, do not chase them.

  in the door to door work, if someone is not interested, do not persist, just leave.. according to my relative, these changes really show "how close to the end we really are".. why is it that every change is interpreted as "this change shows how close to the end we really are"?.

  i have come to realize that the wts are masters at jerking people around, and i really hate it!.

  Upcoming Elders Schooling

  it's no secret that the "organization" has increased it's cia, national security clerance only super-secret attitude in regards to the elder school that is going to be conducted soon.

  a few days ago, i had a conversation with an elder who has been in the fold all of his life practically.

  in keeping with the conversation style of jws, the gentleman told me that nobody knows what exactly will be taught at the meetings, but in his backdoor conversations with some brothers who seem to be tuned into the bethel's officially, unofficial, communications network, the elders are going to be taught "post-armageddon" teachings.

  i have a young sibling with ms. does anyone here know of any current treatment that hasn't been published yet?

  i had heard at one point that there was a blood pressure medicine that was proving hopeful.

  my bro is ready to stop copaxone, even though we all worry that this will eventually cause a relapse.

  Find a good chiropractor. I've been getting daily adjustments for the past few weeks. It makes a difference. Just had dinner with a person who went to the medical crowd that totally wreaked havoc with the implantation of rods and infections that developed. I know another whose 16 year old daughter had the same thing happen last years. Almost died.

  I always looked at real estate in terms of bond pricing. When expenses(interest) go up the price you pay for the bond goes down. In the case of housing all expenses for everything has gone up, eg taxes, utilities, repairs etc. So when all those things go up, what does that to do the underlying value? It ought to decline. But it obviously hasn't. Sooner or later things have to adjust. Reminds me of the cobweb theory that relates to farmers. When prices are low farmers are supposed to plant less which creates a shortage and higher prices. But instead they plant fence row to fence row because they need the money. Conversely, when prices are high they also plant fence row to fence row to optimize profits. Grain prices that have been so low for so long, and now that they are at record levels the farmers can't believe it. It's the reverse with real estate that's been so high for so long, people can't fathom a 30% decline. Nobody ever lost money in real estate, right? It's always a buyers market.

  why does the WTS try to explain how good medically NO BLOOD IS?

  looking at the questions to go over for the blood video, it looks like and i have heard in the past how the wts expounds about the medical positives of not taking blood, and rails against blood for all the problems, diseases, and the fact that it does not always work........... the real question is....... why do they even waste time on that if the issue is supposed to be a biblical/scriptural restriction.?.

  even if taking blood was the best thing in the world for you , the wts stance is that the bible and jehovah forbid it, end of story.

  there is really no need to try to convince people who want to supposedly follow jehovah's command to abstain from blood.

  "TRANS-fat is actually a trans-plastic isomer. Once ingested, it adheres to fat molecules. It may be a contributing factor in an inability to loose weight because it does not burn off like fat. It's not bio-compatible with the human body."
