    Hi,

I always liked Captain Beefheart and his Magic Band. Here are a few YouTube examples:

Does anyone else have eclectic taste (or lack thereof) in music that would like to share?

You musta read my mind - I was thinking about doing a thread on this very subject only half an hour ago.

I really like Gregorian Chant music - its like lots of male monks singing in a cathedral mainly in Latin.

I also love Georgie Zamfir music with panpipes.

I also love Gregorian Chants.. and I don't think that is wierd at all.. its peacefully beautiful to me.

What might be considered the wierdest though is Depeche Mode.. an old 80's group. I still like them.

Learning to Fly - Depeche Mode are awesome. Blasphemous Rumours makes me cry - its actually so close to my story in so many ways and I remember listening to it in hospital on my walkman when I was 16. You'll find a couple of fans of them on here, but I'll let them intro themselves if they see the thread.

I prefer polyphonic to plain chant.

I also like stuff along the lines of Daft Punk. I also have several Ministry of Sound compilation CDs.

    Depeche Mode.

    Definitely not for Christians.

    Definitely demonized.

    Definitely, definitely not for Christians.
