i recently discovered a great book which i would like to recommend.
it is called a people for his name and it was written by a jehovah's witness named timothy white.
i love this book and it helps one to see the origins of many things taught by the witnessing such as disfellowshipping and the blood doctrine.
When I navigate from the main page of reexamine.org to the downloads page (actually I have to go to the downloads directly as that main page to the downloads page link is broken again), I do not see this book....yet the URL works perfectly.
I can usually navigate a site fairly well but am a bit puzzled by some of the stuff on reexamine.
My real concern is "What else am I missing?"
Any suggestions are appreciated.

I really wasn't planning to debate him....as I rarely attack unarmed folks. :-) ...and I meet his "sincere criteron as well so.... maybe he should write "JWs only" or something.

if what jehover's witnesses teach is true then there must be some sort of massive world wide conspiracy of religious leaders from all faiths and religions directed against the watchtower society.
there must literally be some sort of body of religious leaders who meet on a regular basis and say: "yes, we know the watchtower society has the truth, but it is up to us to lie to and deceive the six billion people on the earth into believing what *we* teach.".
one of my favorite ways of cornering a jehover's witness is by asking him point blank if he really, seriously, believes this.
Coincidentally I just received my new CD that included Kingdom News and printed that exact issue to read….and then you post it.

We also know that the WTS believes if people read the WT literature they will come to the wrong conclusions. People require someone to sit with them and read every paragraph of a WT book to make sure they understand the book in the right way.
I agree that the JWs' door-to-door preaching work serves multiple purposes....(check out counterattitudinal advocacy) but it also is necessary considering the complexity of the message (check out two-step flow hypothesis).

His screename on JWD is "You Know"
