  i`ve been dealing with dub(jw)family i love..when i tell them whati know,it hurts them..but it`s true..there is no reason not to believe me..they do suffer "pain",when faced with the real truth..they begin to understand,why i am,who i am...outlaw

  It is your will put in ant stipulations you would like.

  You could have a few questions that thay must answer to your wills administrator before they can recieve their share. You can make it so that they would have to read the COC book for the answers. Your administrator would need the correct answers so he knows that they really read the book or not. Make sure that they each have differant questions so they all would have to read it. You may need to give them a time limit and if they don't comply say that all their share will be donated to the Catholic church in their name.

  Just a suggestion.

  I hope they don't need to see it for a long time. LOL

  Why do apostates lie about where they get their information?

  it does no good.

  i don't understant it - who do they think they're foolin'?.

  i have just been listening to the judicual committee that disfellowshipped rick and laverne townsend and it is cringeworthy, to say the least, to listen to them cover-up, distort and outright lie about the sources of their information and the real background to their dissent.

  Thinking about this a bit more I realized it is a catch 22 situation. If you read, hear, learn anything about the WT abd it is not in line with current teaching it is apostate. Even if all you read is WT material if it is out of date they will concider it apostate.

  let me start by saying that i have posted here before about my wacko sister -in-law.

  this time it is bad.

  we recieved a phone call from my husbands father on friday night asking about how we were and what we were up to ,no biggie just odd since its only maybe the second time in over a year that he has called.

  I did not read all the replies so if this has been said please forgiv.

  Yes I would view this as a threat, as well as liable(since it is in writing).

  Forget the elders, go to the police and be sure and tell them that you are afraid for youself and your children. Tell them you want it served now.

  Next go to your postmaster with the envelopes and let him know that this person is using the mail box illeagly. It is a crime to put things in someones mail box that has no mark. Tell the postmaster that you are afraid that she might put a bomb or some poison in there. Since she is spying on you she probably knows you pick up the mail.

  I hope things get better for you.

  Would this not put the elders in the position of being an accomplice after the fact?

  They do not want to cause undue hardship on him or his wife. Does she not have the right to know she is living with a murderer? But hell, lets not put her in spritual danger by living with someone that may smoke!

  Drinking (booze) among "Gods" people......More then ever now?

  looking back its amazing how many alcoholics i knew in the "borg"...................... there are 3 elders in my old hall alone........ that are full blown alcoholics...................... when, have you ever heard of someone.......anyone.......let alone and elder............ getting "dfed" for drinking too much?.

  when i was at bethel........you wouldn't believe how much drinking was done there!.

  there are stories of the old days ( russell & the judge)..where they would find guys passed out in front of the 124 building on sunday mornings........no big deal, just dust them off.............. and bring in.

  I remember one night my father woke me up at about 2:00 a.m. and said "we need to go".

  Well where we went was to another elders house to pick him up out of his front yard as he had passed out there after striping down to bare skin. His non believing wife called my dad for help. This was not a one time thing, it happened at least once a month or more. However this same elder would bed mouth me in the elders meetings saying i don't have a spritual bone in my body. This was because when he asked me if I wanted to go to bethel, I told him i had a job and bills to pay. He then said "what if the congragation pays your bills would you go then?" I said "No, and your nuts if you think the concrgation would pay my bills."

  So don't dis the elder but be a drunken slob and you will go far!

  Sorry Outlaw for your delima.

  Remember it is said that the truth hurts, but really it only hurts foe one of two reasons.

  1) If you never hear it - "Ignorance is not bilss"

  2) If you were mad to believe a lie first then were exposed to the truth.

  Also Jesus did say that the truth would set you free, but he did not say it would always be easy.

  Why can't a JW study the Bible and make their own mind up about what God wants us to believe, and how to live. Why do they have to study the Watchtower and other publications instead. Why can't they even listen to opposing views. And why do they even reject their own publications when asked by a nonJW to read them?

  Why can't you and other JW practice what you preach and hold your self and your own religion to the same standard you want to condime every other person by?

  Oh that's right your god wants you to be an arrogant SOB.

  my grandmother and grandfather are both jehovah's witnesses.. i dont understand much about their religion just that they dont celebrate holidays such as christmas.. well today i went over to their house for a visit since they live 2 hours away and my cousins were there too.. we were all in the kitchen eating cookies and my brother said that we baked cookies but ours were for santa clause.

  well then my grandma said that she doesnt celebrate christmas and she doesnt believe in santa.

  so i say "well i do" and she says "well that means youre naiive and decieved".

  It is obvious that JWs don't care about other peoples feelings, and that is the problem. If you don't care then that is the same as hate. I always try to ask how can a person worship Satan (or any one else) by accident? Remember you are not bound by her limitations, if she wont hug you then she is the one who looses your hugs. ((((((Hugs)))))) There you go those are just for you.

  No matter the subject, no matter the argument, no matter the outcome, no matter how wrong they are proved to be either by scriptuer or external evidence they are still "Gods chosen people" thererfore they are right.
