a question for the legal beagles out there:.
since the watchtower thugs have told the press during the dateline repartee that barbara anderson was not being taken to task for her anti-molestation iniitatives, but alleged that she was being tried for ``allegations or serious sins'' unrelated to her activism, how strong a case would she have in court?.
bear in mind that barbara and the others of the dateline four say they did nothing more than speak for the protection of children and then publicly challenged the wt to publicly state their accusations and evidence, and that they would indemnify them against any charges arising therefrom.. so.... if they call her a sinner, say that her sin has nothing to do with whistle-blowing and is serious enough to merit expulsion -- as serious as adultery or theft, yet refuse to accept her challenge to show the world the basis of their charges if they are held harmless, how is that not libel and therefore actionable?

the tide has already changed!
the catholic church used those same tactics and worse, to harbor pedephiles for centurys............. they are loosing in court now.
this is a whole new ball game now!..........the gov body has millions, and millions, and millions.........and it's up for grabs......... they are dead meat.

i just found two files called "aaw.exe" on my computer, which apparently found their way onto mine on june 9th.

back in the late eighties i was on the committee to build our cities new double kingdom hall so that all five halls would be under one roof.
we needed to come up with five hundred thousand dollars to complete the new hall, so we had a kingdom hall fund drive where the local brothers would raise the needed funds.
after two years we had collected the half million dollars, and guess where that money went????????

it was excellent.

hello watchtower monitors and people of the board....here's the game.. somewhere, in the united states, there is going to be an apostate showing up at one of your district assemblies, he will be sporting a rainbow wig and a john 3:16 sign.
inside the convention.. now now, before apologists and dissents come my way.....i got a protest permit to be on said premis, and also, once i wear the wig and show the sign....as soon as they tell me to leave, i will comply...therefore i cant go to jail(saaay all you want, i already have an "ace up the sleeve" on this, so guess what?

you really need to get someone to camcord the whole thing inconspicuosly........ because ....... the jw security get violent fast.....then they lie to the police....... and all the good little jws cooperate with the leadership, and deny what really happened.
also their should be more than one person camcording it, cause they will try to take away the camcorder..
i suggest a different scpriture,(matt 24:24) and drop the wig.......be respectable......... you can nail them good!
or hold up a sign about pedophiles and 2 witnesses..... then later, after they attack you and violently throw you out, call you local newspapers, with the camcorder tapes.
if you get the whole thing on tape, you can sue them and make them pay for damages.

i hope your book gets lots of publicity!.......i hope other victims of abuse get to read it.........so they can understand they are not alone.
