  im about to disassociate myself, and would like to know from those who have been disassociated , is there anything you would have done different before you disassociated yourself?

  do you recommend writing a letter?

  i really don't want to write a letter, cause that is what they want you to do, and they will never give you anything in writing.

  Hi, my sister was not an active witness for a year and a half, the elders found out through someone gossiping that my sister had a guy living with her so they disfellowshipped her, by the way she was living in another state when they did it, and i know of other cases where people have drifted away from the truth only to be disfellowshipped many years later when they find out about such a persons lifestyle.

  i'm not so much concerned with the supposed salvation she has lost, but with how difficult it will now be to associate with her.

  How well i know that feeling going to the toilet so as not to hear one of my family members had been disfellowshipped, when i suggested that i didnt want to go to the meeting to hear it my ex husband told me then that would mean i wasnt cooperating with the elders, it was so hard to sit there and hear the announcement and the "fake" comfort from the very ones who gossiped about the family member in the first place. But damn i wish i was there to hear my announcement of being disfellowshipped, lol.

  My favorite perfume is joop, i put it behind the knees, the ears, back of neck, and the wrists and cleavage, i love it when my man wears polo, it brings so many memories flooding back.

  i like the society never apologize anymore!

  if i say something wrong or do something incorrect i merely say excuse me the light just got brighter.

  most people look confused when i say this, as do the people in the watchtower bible tract society, but i felt it works for them,------------ its good enough for me.. excuse me the light just got brighter yes i like the sound of that.. one member of the writing department said to another we really got this disfollewshipping thing wrong-------- first we say we cant talk to them.

  it seems to me that there have been a lot of posters on board of late and many only started in recent weeks.

  we're glad to have you aboard.. we usually like to acknowledge the first posts of newbies but i fear that because of the huge number of posts being made many of us have not been able to keep up with everything that's happening.. so i'd like to take the opportunity of saying a special "welcome!
