pming other members of this site asking for money is unacceptable and will not be tollerated under any circumstances, especially if it seems like you are targeting someone who seems to be especially kind and maybe a little old.

that is low.. if you do this, you will be classified as a scammer and your account deleted.

i don't care what the reasons given are.. if someone offers money then fine although i'd warn anyone against falling for sob-stories they read on the internet.

I have people at my desk daily who lost thousands and thousands of dollars. Most did this out of the kindness of their hearts, or a desire to get out of the hole of a mess with money. It happens, people do not know how dishonest people are and want to trust people. It is sad, but people fall for these things all the time. That is why they exist.

i was recently acquainted with the exhaustive - and blatantly inaccurate and crazy - theorizing by a "dr thomas", the "founder" of the christadelphians.. he was an earlier "contemporary" of chuck russell - and some have accused russell of "stealing" the christadelphians main teachings.

they're probably correct in their accusation.

christadelphians do not believe in the trinity or hellfire, are conscientious objectors who do not vote and who hate catholicism and are scathing in their views of christendom - although like all "decent" religious groups, jws included, have toned down their rabid attacks on other religious groups in recent decades.. dr thomas's quaint - and hilariously self-important - interpretation of scripture, led him on several occasions to predict the end of the world in his own day.

I will go out on a limb here and say that the Watchtower Bible and Track society will be in existence for at least another one hundred years. Why? Because there will always be someone, or a group of people, who are simply afraid to let go and that will feed the fire of the organization.

I'm not DF or DA, but I still get shunned...

i met a couple i used to know many years ago (probably 20) in a local "big box" store.

i knew they looked familiar and since they were dressed up and it was saturday "mid day" i put two and two and two and came up with 666... they were jw's.

i didn't say anything to them just minded my business picking up supplies when the woman came over to me and started asking me if she new me from work or some company.

Out is out, if they got to label you at exit with DA or DF ... then they feel they slapped you down a bit, and kind of mentally masterbated over the power. If you faded, they still want that jack off moment of thinking they got you and say to themselves, oh that feels so good. So basically, don't let them beat off to the image of you and stay away and know they are perverts.

i work in a line of work where i have to help people who have suffered from scams a lot.

so i thought i would pass on some thoughts to people here, to maybe prevent you from having these scams take money or time from you.

oh, and as much as some of these seem obvious ... people fall for them daily and constantly.. 1. an american citizen can not win a foriegn lottery.

Very true and elderly people, and believe it or not ... young adults, fall for these things the most.

BBB bad reviews can be bought off and removed if you do certian things. Plus, it is kind of outdated and a lot of people do not know it exist anymore.
