I fully empathize with you. I tried quitting over the weekend and by Monday at work I relapsed. I have been trying Camel Snus and a Nicotrol Inhalant system. I think I am just not determined as I should be to quit. And it's always so easy to get a cigarette. I will try again over the holiday weekend. Good luck sinis. I've been told that it's more difficult than quitting heroin. I believe it.

the love of animals
by Aussie Oz inno, not that sort of 'love'.
how do you feel about animals?.
never been one for pets although when a jw we had our fair share.. these days i just love looking out the window in the morning and seeing the wild rabbits eating our long grass (even though out here we are supposed do do out bit to eradicate the 'pest').

Hey, I feel the same emotions as all of you toward animals and even some bugs. Hate to see anything get killed. I am afraid of spiders since my son got bitten by a recluse and almost lost his leg--still, I don't go out of my way to kill them. I try to shoo them outside of the house, otherwise I take a paper towel and try to gently grab them and throw them out the window. Don't know if they survive or not--I'm too racked with guilt to look. As for the strays I see everywhere, it breaks my heart. If a dog or cat is not in my yard I will feed it and give it water. Not in my yard though because I know they will come back and I have one dog and one cat already. I used to take bread to work with me and feed the birds outside of the building which resulted in a big fight between the building manager and me. I told him to show the the city ordinance which forbade feeding them and he didn't so I still feed them. City life is tough on critters.

Yes, I did believe I was an intellectual because I had "the truth". I was arrogant and intolerable. I don't know how anyone put up with me.

Hi from Andy from state of Montana, introduce myself
by andys inhi wanted to introduce myself, i wanted to intoduce myself once all the dust cleared more and i am thinking more clearly, in feb. 2011 is when i decided to leave jw, my way out of the organization has actually been since july of 2010 gradually over time i started to question the jw religion, in july of 2010 i was still living at home with my parents, my dad at the time told me he was going to force me to go to meetings but i started to drift out the other way it got to the point where my dad told me i had to eventually leave, in november of 2010 alot of things happened, i was finally able to find my own place, just at the right time i found a very good deal on a duplex for $350 a month something that i can easily afford even on low income, usually alot of places even where i live are around $600 a month, in alot of ways i just about nearly was homeless.. in feb. of 2011 is when i decided to read the book crisis of conscience, the very first night getting through 80 pages is when my blindfolds came off, i immediatley accepted christ as my savior, also in the process i did alot of extensive research, i did research on alot of mainstream religons, also jwfacts.com helped me out alot on where to go, i decided to check out the baptist church, everything was beyond what i expected, i am not afraid to walk into a different church to me its helping me heal all the pain that the jw religon has caused, also recently i got baptized and now am a born again christian.. .
