I would have liked to be a fly in that elders car!
by ButtLight inso, the elder that dfed me, was driving by my house with a carload of sheep yesterday.
as he was driving by, he pointed at my house.
what he didnt know, was that my bf was also on the road, waiting for him to pass so he could pull in the driveway.. when the elder looked up, and recognized my bf, he dropped his hand really fast, but knew he was caught.. so, now i sit and wonder, what the hell was he saying to the herd?

Spirituality

i see most of all of you speak in different opinions of what is or may be true spiritual things (while a few ar just freezing cold or dead spiritualy), but i ask all of you, why even bother to care or pretend to care of spiritual things?.

Spirituality manifests itself in numerous ways within numerous people and as a result is entirely subjective.
I forget who said it but this springs to mind.
'We are not Human Beings trying to be spiritual, we are Spiritual beings endeavouring to be Human'.
I see myself as an intensely spiritual being in physical manifest and so therefore on one level caring about myself, the land, my family and friends is for all intents and purposes the same as caring about spirituality.
Its a question of perspective.

perhaps his tarnished jw conscience was bothering him and he returned to the fold??

He is British and he will probably be having a break for a while as some do from time to time.

Tooth Fairy
by is there help out there inwhen you were little growing up as a jw and you lost a tooth and placed it under you pilor where you ever visted by the tooth fairy and did it leave you money or a copy of awake.

I think its healthy for children to believe in the tooth fairy as well as all the other mythological creatures - yes its a lie but they have to believe the small lies so that they can believe the larger ones later in life like justice, mercy, democracy, those sorts of things.

Did you have "a personal relationship to Jehovah"?

that those who got disfellowshipped or disassociated themselves because of what members of the org.
had said or done, or failed doctrine etc., wouldn't have done so "if they only had had a close, personal relationship to jehovah"?

I used to speak regularly to Jehovah but the bastard never spoke back!
I gave up in the end and decided that I would speak to other Gods who were more sociable - at least they answered!

Seems possible it could be the same person.
I dont see why he would bother setting up a new profile - its not as though he has left under a cloud. I know he could be controversial but I think he enjoyed this and would sooner post under his existing profile.

I havent seen him about in ages to be honest and I still owe him a pint!
