  So what is the Society doing with all that $$$?

  i read article after article about the billions the gb rakes in from fleecing the sheep but i've never heard anyone explain what happens to the money.. i mean is it in a swiss account?

  are the gb living in private mansions?

  where does the $ go?.

  This is a very interesting subject. One that we sit and talk about from time to time. ALL THAT MONEY. Some of it was once OURS!!.

  There is some interesting ideas that may happen, Hedge funds sounds very logical. Wouldn't mind some of that action, but alas, no $250,000,000. Does anyone know what actually happens to the money?

  I remember that in 2006 their Australian tax return was put up and of the $16,000,000 that was raised/donated here in Australia, about $1,000 or so was actually recorded to be used to help the poor!

  Even with the GB flying everwhere first class and getting another seat to put their meeting bag on, wouldn't use up the money earned from investment. Is there a backdoor into these investments that goes to say.... Russells' or Rutherfords' of Nhorr's or Franzs' families or into the pockets of the Global Elite?

  Otherwise, there would be NO point to anyone donating any money for anything anywhere!

  My thoughts, I am known to be very wrong at times.... well, most of the time ;-)

  Taking Back The Kingdom Halls.

  thesis: the kingdom halls as a real estate entity could be couped; coup d'etat.

  a group of 3 elders as trustees could sell the kingdom hall out from under mother watchtower corporation.

  spread the money to the community or non profits, or just give it as a distribution to the congregation who paid for the kingdom hall.

  Here, where I live in Australia, "we" built a new hall. The solicitor that helped a great deal when "we" purchased the land and the subdivided the unnecessary portion off to be sold had great reservations in "us" signing over the title of the property to the Watchtower Hall Trust.

  He spent a lot of time warning against it, saying that we could hold it locally in trust... Sorry, but that "is not how WE do it" ! We lemmingly signed it over, probably worth well over the Million dollars [au] by now!

  wolford and betty john,nice loveing couple,always loved children.. arther and tinnie roderson, nice couple he passed away some years ago too young from cancer.. wiakato and hine gray couldn't ask for better people.. jack teesie ..single guy would never go to a single sisters place for dinner even if she had children apperantly a bad look.. joe sleighman and wife nice couple were d.o's leaft and joined our side.. sandy pannell and wife...he reminded me of bill clinton always love to look down from the stage and wave his left finger at the congro....never liked him.. han's hubler,nuff said has been a few threads started about him.. there is many more.. karter..

  A few of these Aussie CO's retired to a town in Victoria for a while.

  Charles Marriot. Hans Hubler [now dead] Peter Madsen whilst his wife Dorothy died, then he married. He used to like to stay with the "wealthier" ones.

  How about Joe Lewinski? He could turn any situation to his advantage [financially!!]

  i am currently on a business trip for a trade show in another city.

  as i'm walking to the convention center, i run into 2 jw's preaching.

  one is about mid 60s the other probably mid 30's.

  Many times when taking a meeting for fs did I end up having to take other peoples children with me because they had too many and they couldn't take 3 or 4 to a door!
