i promised on this website quite some time ago that should i ever leave jw.com, i would be honorable and not complain nor post some grandiose exit so as to garner unnecessary attention and bandwidth, and i will keep that promise.
i am not complaining, i love many people on this website, and can relate to their pain like few others can, because i experienced it myself.
Reborn I wish the best for you and congrats on your promotion. Please check in, don't leave totally. What a great thing you did to inform us your departure, and I do hope it's brief as we all find solice in each other.
I'm glad to see that you have grown by coming here, you have in turn given much back to help others in their growth and struggles.

poor tink had to be rushed to the hospital early this morning 2:00am.
she went to bed fine but after several hours of pain and discomfort it got so bad she woke me up.
she had severe chest pain and pain in the center of her shoulder blades.

yep i took lots of heat from valis for worrying about my pain threshold but i went down today during meeting time and got my first tat.
it's a hawaiian tribal turtle.
it wasn't painful at all, maybe because of the location but it did burn a bit.

my group, sons of liberty riders, is having its annual meeting/party in little rock, arkansas this coming weekend.

i really don't know where to start with this....it's so personal, and i'm so confused.
when i left bethel, i was a basket case, and married my first wife while i was still in mental/emotional limboland.
i loved her from the bottom of my heart (as best i can imagine what that means), and meant what i promised "till death do us part.

most years, my old congregation would get asked for volunteers to clean and garden our assembly hall.. as you all well may have observed, at such occasions at your hall, all the youngsters would use this oppertunity to show the opposite sex, just what they looked like in their 'civvys' (leisure-wear) !.
i knew one sister that used to make her own clothes and would make this, sort of andy-pandy suit.
she would use some sort of candy-striped bed linen-sort-of-material, usually pastel coloured and make a kind of all-in-one romper-cum-knicker-bocker-pedal-pusher-number?
The funniest thing I remember about those Saturday afternoon clean ups is this brother who wore (no kidding) a toupee. That was his "style", sometimes it was on straight......LOL
This afternoon it was windy, hot as the desert can get, it was about quiting time and he was under a tree raking up some leaves when a big gust of wind blew them all over the yard, he did a knee jerk reaction and started chasing them with the rake not realizing he had caught his ahhhh "hair" on a branch! It was about 5 minutes before everyone could quit laughing and tell him his hair was hanging on the tree branch.
