  LOL! Nice line!!

  For some reason this guy struck me as funny. Maybe its because it's way past my bed time and I get goofy when I'm tired.

  guy: honey, you are very nice and today is my luckiest day
  guy : you know why?
  me: why?
  guy : becuase today is my birthday and I find the person for whom I have been waiting for the since the begining of my life.........ultimately I've got someone nice and cute.....the one who loves ferret........but I am not sure if she cares about me in the same way as she cares about her pet?

  I just thought of this because this guy pmed me a few hours ago and I chatted with him for a while, but he just cracked me up

  **Edited to add: This is in no way a bash-men thread. I just find some of the stuff some guys say online hilarious.

  ...and also to add.....I am sleep deprived and that is why I felt the need to start such a goofy thread.

  and behind the front desk, i see someone who looks familiar.. only when she turns and looks at me do i realize she is a witness i know.. so the lady who did my bible study, it's her daughter that is working with me.

  i just find it funny...you just can't run and you definitely can't hide from these people!.

  Remember that most people are extremely uncomfortable in a dental office/chair. Look them in the eye, call them by name, and smile. Make sure they know your name and perhaps initiate some chit-chat.

  That's basically all I am able to do so far, LOL I'll get the rest down pat..

  .I think ya pretty much summed up my job description How long has it been since you worked in a dental office? I bet you were great at it!!

  I actually have not seen the witness at the front desk since the first day I noticed her. Maybe she works as a fill in or something.

  ...I guess this is normal after a first week at a job, but I am really uncomfortable. Ok, really, really uncomfortable. I know the dentist and his wife personally (not very well, though) because the dentist is a pastor at a church we sometimes go to. But at the dental office, it doesn't seem like they like me.

  My mom works there too, at the front desk. In the break room, she made a joke about something I said after my first day, she told it to my boss, (I thought it was funny, but would not have repeated it to the other employees or my to my employer) and my boss looked at me like I was really dumb.

  The girl who is training me is nice, but talks down to me like I am dumb (I don't know much about what to do yet, but I am not dumb).

  ...So I have been basically feeling ..DUMB.

  What do ya do on a boring weekend???

  lol it kinda sucks.

  i had my first week at my new job (so a little stressed) and my big sis and i had planned on spending the weekend together.

  then she decided it wasn't a good weekend when i was all ready.. anyway, what are good ways to have fun when you're bored and have nothing to do all weekend and no one to go anywhere with?

  consider that they are just human and have the same paternal instincts as most people do, the desire to be a mom & dad, to hold a lil bundle of joy, or to nurse and care for a child etc their doctrine and faith is one of honesty and trust and will install in a child the values of keeping the law, avoiding such things as drug abuse, theft and harming others.. .
