Damn those Pyramids!!!!

damn those egyptian piles of rocks and stones, so skillfully put together without an instruction book as to what their 'true' or not so obvious uses are, or may have been!!!.

for nearly forty years, because of some blokes pyramidology fantasy i wasted my life and others have wasted their whole lives, waiting for something that was never going to happen in the first place!.

now, i find myself reading up on pyramids!

Either way God encouraged sacrifices by accepting one and rejecting the other.

The Lord had regard for Abel and his offering; but for Cain He had no regard.

So Cain became angry and his countenance fell.

Then the Lord said to Cain why has your countenance fallen?

It's like a father, with two sons, who recieves a gift from each son .

Dad tells the one son your gift sucks, to the other son he says I love your gift.

Seems like a set up to me ?

Oh Brother....

this morning my doorbell rang, and i usually never answer my door unless i know someone is coming, because this is thick jw territory, but i did, and low and behold, its a lone jw.

he was working on the construction site across the street and was trying to locate the owners of a cat he kept seeing.

he didn't recognize me at first, he was looking at my halloween decorations, and then back at me like he knew something was off...so finally, he asked my name.

One word comes to mind arrogant.

This line is a cop out for dubs "You know what's right".

All they do is parrot this line and then they feel that they have no

need to prove anything to you. They then feel justified and free

of guilt not discussing anything with you because "You know what's right".

just wondering how many jws are in north korea.

Disfellowshipping for Gluttony?

is that possible?..have there been any cases like this?.

my family have been on my case about me hanging around with people (non-jw family) that like to drink alot.

they went as far as to call me "a drunk"...now i do admit that i have been gotten drunk before on occasion, but i am not a drunk or an alcoholic.. so, i told my mother (obese) that if i were "a drunk" for getting drunk from time to time (not every day), then can she be considered "a glutton", for eating to much, obese, having health problems, all because of the way she eats?

How will JW's and the Society deal with the upcoming 'Centennial Season'?

okay so we're still a good seven years away but before they know it the watchtower will have to deal with all those centennials, the 100 year anniversaries they hoped and prayed would never come around.. how do you suppose they'll handle it?

This would be a good apostate talking point to the hardcore JWs.

He has 900 years left whats he waitin for ? There is so much to do and he's lally gaging around.

Theres the resurection and then the teaching of them, and the tranforming earth into paradise oh and the burying of billions of people and ect........

Any other king or president that got off to such a slow start would be fired.
