i'm really curious what it was like to be a witness in the 60's and 70's?.
was the society as strict as it is today?.

In the 60s my family cleaned the "hall" If the memorial was near the weekend we as kids would find the wine and pass the bottle around.

Were are these "brothers" with the AR 15s. Did I see an Eotech on one. So if there are confronted with a situation of defense they are to pray to there god? I know alot of JWs that have there CPLS and have fire power in there homes to keep there family safe. Im talking about the USA JWs.
i was showing a friend of mine what kind of books my parents allowed me to read when i was very young.
no children books that was age related but the so called orange paradise book was my only children book i had.
she was taken back on how violent it was and showing little kids being killed by god was just unspeakable.

just been reminiscing about how c/a's have changed since we were young.
i remember when they started friday night in some rented hall , as well as the two weekend days.
saturday morning was a brief session then field ministry (which only a few performed ) and sunday sessions.. in the free time around the venue we just used to hang out socialising and eyeing up the girls.
I was about 12 years old and working with the cafeteria dept. I was cleaning the tray off by scraping them in the garbage can. There was a some lima bean in a white cream sauce that no one ate. So we put hundreds of servings of this slop in a 55 gallon drum . so during the talk we were trying to get on a hand truck and it slid off the hand truck and down the stairs. So as kids we just ran off, never told anyone. Oh those days were fun!
my kids mother is getting a new heart valve.
there upset because she is making sure no blood is to be used and her jw cronies will be with her making it hard for my kids even to visit her in the hospital.
can jws get a pigs heart valve now and is her request by having no blood make this procedure difficult for the surgin for a successful operation?.
The kids are in there mid thirtys. Because of the long time that they were JWs (22 years) They cant stand to have contact with them.
