  Looks like you had a ball. You'll have to come to the NW for the STP sometime. It's in July every year, 205 miles from Seattle to Portland, about 10,000 riders...very fun. Pretty sure it's a TNT event as well. Steve and I will be riding it on July 17 (135 miles) and Bikerchic will be joining us day two for the last 70...all uphill but don't tell Kate, I told her it was downhill all the way to Portland.

  That sounds awsome, I will keep it in mind for next year. I love that area, I bet the views are beautiful too.

  Just got Crisis of Conscience

  just got my mail order copy of crisis of conscience... got to chapter 2 in the first 20 mins!!!.

  who else has read it, and what are your thoughts ???.

  i've enjoyed it so far, and am glad to see how respectful ray franz was in his writing, with no 'outright attacks' on the wtbts.. bull!

  Thanks Six, I really appreciate it! I'd love to see the photos of your old g/f too!

  I would definetely do another TNT event, maybe a triathlon, since I love to run too...it's the swimming I will need help with though. I would recommend it to anyone. TNT is so helpful and you meet a lot of nice, genuine people. Definetly go for it if you have an opportinity.

  Fear of Flying because of heights

  mt sister recently asked me to go on a cruise but to get to the ship ( not sure which one yet ) we have to take a plane to get there.

  no i am not really scared of the plane crashing ( well sorta ) but i have a fear of heights, who has this fear ?

  i have never flown and the thought is making me sick.

  I absolutely love flying, no matter what kind of fear is out there...and yes, I have sky dived, and it is awsome, I highly recommend it to get over your fears. I'm afraid of water, so I got my Scuba certification, great experience....and I'm afraid every time I get into the water....the fear never really diminishes, it's really a matter of mind over matter.

  I do have friends that are very much afraid of flying and a lot of them take an anti-anxiety pill....you may want to ask your doctor about that...really.....

  Well thank you!

  We stayed at the Embassy Suites on the California side, so no gambling in our hotel, however just across the street was Nevada, and we had some fun on Victory night!

  I absolutely fell in love with Tahoe......absolutely heavenly, and the air quality was so much better than here.

  They've been wanting to do that ever since the 70's when this all started. Remember what Franklin Roosevelt said, "There is nothing to fear, but fear itself" ... fear can be debilitating. We need to stay focused and finish off those who would do us harm. Not negotiate, because they don't want to; not placate, because they will continue to make fools out of those who do; but DESTROY... utterly.

  You know it's sounds so harsh, but I have to agree....these people do not fear death at all, they don't want to negotiate....they don't want that...

  I felt so bad for that Korean man....so bad, the way begged and pleaded for his life....but no matter what they negotiated this man would die no matter what...they have no hearts...they feel nothing. How do you reason with that? How can it be controlled? It will never stop.....unless something is done about them...and I have to agree with the above statement..

  Would you still love Him in the now?

  many believe in god and that when we die we go to be with him and live forever.

  I just watched 'The Others' with Nicole Kidman....I think it was very interesting, for all that she thought and so strongly believed in, and thought was the exact interpretation of the Bible, turned out completely different....in the end, she realised she never really knew, she clinged to a believe....and finally.....she realised the truth....when she was dead. I don't think anyone really knows the afterlife....there are sooooo many interpretations of the Bible's teachings that no one really is in agreement. However, there is something.....how it happens, I don't think anyone really knows until it's final.....

  I personally am not afraid....as long as I live a good and fulfilling life...that's all that I care about. I don't want my life to go unlived worrying about the outcome of death.....
