Will you reply to this topic or just read it?
by compound complex insome topics generate hundreds of reads but few replies.
others, well ... i'm not one for scientific studies.
nor why one thing works and another will not, despite the time and effort put into it (whatever the thing/endeavor happens to be).. kindly inform me if you, in passing by and, having nothing better to do of a saturday eve, happen to see this post but have no intention of responding.. perhaps this is rocket science after all.. thank you for reading though finding no necessity to reply .... "they stayed away in droves.".

Freewill - does it really exist?
by eyeslice inpaul wrote in romans 7:19;"for what i do is not the good i want to do; no, the evil i do not want to do.
this i keep on doing.. so is there such a thing as free will, or are we all driven by our nature (our genes), .
our nurture or both?

Wrote a 2000 word essay on this very subject last week
For me it makes no difference if you are a theist or a darwinist or a mixture of both 'free will' at best is just an illusion.
We are either at the mercy of our genes or one of God's playthings.

Completely taken advantage of!
by Gill innot to make light of a very important illness, but i have, i believe 'grandmother's postnatal depression'!!.
i feel totally taken advantage of and a laughing stock and a 'nothing'.
infact i feel totally unappreciated.. i am looking after my sweet little grandaughter for around 60 hours a week!

I thought my daughter took advantage but your son and his partner take the biscuit!
Yes I bet your grand-daughter is delightful but having her so much is too much.
My other daughter sent a text to the offending daughter saying 'Have you noticed Mum is worn out, I am worried about her doing too much etc
you get the idea.
The easiest solution but perhaps not the easiest might be to say ' I am getting a job soon so you will have to make alternative arrangements for Baby by the end of the month(or whenever).
You could even print off a list of local childminders and put it into the babies bag with a note to say I think you will need this soon as I am running away.'
All the best

Perfect Love
by Aculama inlet me run this by you all and see what you think.
it seems to me that every individual has their own ideas about everything from religion to politics.
these ideas are formed and shaped by many things ( station in life, parents, social background, education, ect.).

Well it is said that:
'Love pushes fear outside'
You might have heard that but I struggle to really understand what it means and how it is applied.
It also say to 'Love your neighbour as yourself' not more the same.
