The WTS will settle out of court. Lots of dollars and a non-disclosure agreement. They will never allow this to go to a jury
At least the precedence will be established. Also, maybe someone will not give in to the offer of money and will based on principle demand their day in court!

Well, I am now married for the second time. I love my wife but if something happened to her I would probably get married again. I enjoy having a companion to share lives with and the sex thing is not bad either.

is it proper to annonce in the congregation by the use of flyers to raise money thru a garage sale to help those in need in the congregation?
The serious answer is NO. If an individual wanted to organize a Garage Sale for the purpose of helping out a needy family it would be on a personal and not a congregational basis.

I am not afraid of thunderstorms when I am in a safe place. Recently though I was riding my bicycle on a rails-to-trails when a really bad electrical storm popped up. No place to hide and I was scared sh..less.
for me, on the positive side, having some religious training did keep me out of trouble growing up.
now, on the other hand.....
There are many positives. I stopped smoking, became moral, acquired good communication skills and generally stayed out of trouble. On the negative side there has been a lot of interference in my life by men who have gone out of their way to hurt and humiliate me for taking back control of my life.
