Eagerly anticipating the death of billions!
by stuckinarut2 insurely someone who eagerly looks forward to the death of billions of people (including babies and children) is not emotionally healthy?.
yet, that is the key belief "happily" anticipated by witnesses.... food for thought?.

the mental outlook is very similar to that of ISIS: "Everyone else dies but us, because Allah/Jehovah is with us" -

All must be ready to obey...
by Half banana inin view of the recent financial pressures being spun as opportunities to hasten armageddon, i think we should look again at the meaning behind their cultic warning of "all must be ready to obey intructions, whether appearing sound or not".
by dripping these creepy injunctions into the watchtower study and therefore into the conditioned and receptive mind of the jw, how long will it be before they are able to decree something like this?......
jw tv broadcast july 2017.

In view of the dire straits of the JW org, what now?
by Half banana into use a metaphor; any tower built on insufficient foundations will sooner or later fall..
the origin of the watchtower organisation was in the announcement of ct russells pet theory, formed from adventism that christ had arrived in the heavens in 1874. within a biblical forty years i.e.1914, gods enemies he said, would be destroyed and peace would pervade the earth.
he was completely wrong.. the watchtower magazine however by this time had a large readership and trundled on after it was commandeered by rutherford who nourished its doomsday scam.

Seriously.... Something has to be done.
by DATA-DOG ini am aware of the constant debate about whether or not to confront jws, because they will merely retreat behind their persecution complex.
well, i say, "bull shit!
religitards, as in the case of the recent paris attacks, ( yes, the jws are equal to those terrorists, is so much as they perpetuate lies that ultimately retard the progress of mankind), must be challenged without remorse, as their assertions are made without remorse for those who are forever scarred by their lies.

If the authorities of 'the world' ALL cracked down on the WTS in court, right now, JWs would go insane.
( more insane )It would be fulfillment of bible prophecy for sure!
First the attack on Babylon the Great, then the turn on "the Only True" religion.
( that's "touching Jehovah's eyeball" for those of you scoring from home ).
The call of "Peace and Security" also must be made.Gog of Magog as well.
I still don't see how them being part of the UN was "faithful or discreet"?
No, nothing needs to be done. They're fine...

Revelation - it's grand climax is at hand
by Listener insome people point out the subliminal pictures in the wtbts publications but sometimes things are just so obvious, such as the title of the book above.. the person who came up with the title for this book must have had a good old laugh.. interestingly, this book first came out in 1988 and has not been included in the online library but nothing has replaced it.
the org is really going backwards when they ditch old light and cannot come up with anything new.
they are real wankers ;)..

How many of you "studied" the book ALL FOUR TIMES??
I've conducted or read in too many studies to recall ( or admit to ).
The fine picture on pg 291 is a real 'Great Crowd' pleaser.
Grab your stick and head band, apostates!!I'm no fan of mind control.

The fraud that is the WT member numbers
by Crazyguy inok i'm just thinking out load here so to speak.
but let say in the year 2000 the wt says they have 1 million publishers and at the end of the year they say they had 300,000 people get baptized so in the beginning of the year 2001 they show 1,300,000 publishers.
then in this new year they state another 300,000 get baptized but with 50,000 deaths and 50,000 disfellowshippings they stated at the end of year 2001 a total of 1,500,000 total members.

Saddest thing about being DFd
by kairos ini always enjoyed being kind.
when someone genuinely needed a hand or what not, it felt good to help family or friends.. i don't really miss them anymore.
i faded over two years ago, so they long ago shunned me.i think about them less and less and have even forgotten some names.i did enjoy some of the friendships and the association.

Seriously, though. Thanks for the comments.
I was wondering, if the WTS conks out and the religion ceases to exist, do they still shun me?
They are pretty stubborn. -

Jehovah's Witnesses May Have Peaked in Membership at 8 Million (+/-)
by OnTheWayOut ini don't have all the details of their new "service year" numbers, but i have read enough on jwn to state my opinion pretty strongly.. memorial attendance for 2015 was down.while they kept saying they were going to build a bunch of new kingdom halls, and everybody is still in recovery from watchtower taking all the local money away, they say pretty much that there isn't enough money to build new kingdom halls.putting gb members on the videos at jw .
org has allowed people to really put a face and personality to these guys and remove the mystery of how they should be such deeply spiritual serious men.
instead they see silly thoughts about tight pants and, really everything that comes out of lett's mouth is delivered ultra-goofy, along with the money reports.. the gb lost credibility a little more with every new light that shone down, with the strangest one being "overlapping generation.

Many are leaving. I know this for a fact.
Sadly, I believe there is a much larger number of deaths in this equation.
In my area there have been about ten deaths in the last 3-4 years.
There are upwards of 30 or more locally, that if they died suddenly, it would NOT be a surprise at all."Millions now living will never die"...
"What a privilege to be among this generation that will never pass away"!
And I'm an apostate!

The big question I have is how do the JWs not see this?
I believe stubbornness play a big role. ( and denial )
