Article on Muhammed

the writers last name was Quereshi -
That isn't much help. Many millions of people of Muslim background have this surname. The prophet Muhammad belonged to the Arab tribe called Quraysh, so his name ended in Al-Qurayshi.
My local MP is a Muslim woman called Yasmin Qureshi. She's of Pakistani, not Arab, heritage. Many (Muslim) people adopted this name to show appreciation for Islam's prophet.
BTW - good luck finding that article, it's a very brave person called Qureshi who openly says those things about Muhammad! XD

Logical Fallacy… can I get some help here?
by DATA-DOG indr. leanna wen is currently spreading the fallacy that unvaccinated persons should have vaccines mandated because they are like drunk drivers… they have the right to be drunk at home she says, but wanting to be part of society at large without being vaccinated is like driving drunk and putting others at risk.
besides ignoring the science proving that persons who have had sars cov-2 have natural immunity that equals or exceeds anything that could be imparted from the mrna shot, without the side effects or need for boosters, ( sorry big pharma, you’ll be losing $$$ ) this illustration just smacks of illogical reasoning.
it reminds me of the borg comparing getting baptized to getting your driver’s license.

Dr. Leanna Wen is talking bullshit, I'm afraid.
We are all adults, we can each make up our own minds re whether to get vaccinated or not.
I chose to get vaccinated, I'm double-jabbed with the Austra-Zeneca vaccine. If I die of a blood clot from the vaccine, it's on me. I'm responsible for my own decisions.
If someone refuses all vaccines, then catches Covid and dies, it's on them. They are responsible for their own decisions.

Since You Have Left The Religion Are You Happier?
by minimus ini realize that some activist exjws really don’t seem to be happy in life.
they finally got away from the organization and yet seem still negatively connected to it.
some exjws are always upset because of what the “truth “ did to their lives, which is understandable.

I'm happier since I left but I'm not a 'happy person'.
My happiness is a work in progress.

What Do You Think About Home Schooling?
by minimus ini knew a few witnesses who were very proud of the fact that their kids were homeschooled.
years ago, i would raise my eyebrows wondering why these families couldn’t simply integrate their kids with other “worldly” kids.
at this point in time, with so many theories being pushed on kids and their parents, i can see why parents, if they are qualified, could instruct their kids themselves.

I guess it depends who's doing the home schooling.
But home schooling could be good - there is a situation across America with kids being indoctrinated with Critical Race Theory. Home schooling might be a good choice to stop this happening to your kid.

What’s Wrong With President Biden?
by minimus ini just watched excerpts from his cnn town hall event and something is seriously wrong with him.
he can’t put together a sentence without getting lost, tripping on his own words, forgetting what he is talking about.……this is embarrassing.
and it’s not because he has a stutter!

Have you had your jabs? Are you not impressed by Bojo and his governments incredible vaccine success? - yes, I've had both jabs and am suitably impressed by BoJo's vaccine rollout.
But the vaccine success isn't a kind of shield which protects any mistakes Boris and our government does from criticism.
Government had spent £40 billion on Test and Trace, to be used before the vaccine was invented and rolled out. Having spent so much money, ministers are stubbornly pressing ahead with Test & Trace, so we currently have hundreds of thousands of healthy, vaccinated people told to stay off work. This is one mistake that I'll be calling our government out on.
BTW, I'm glad Corbyn is in the political wilderness, nowhere near the levers of power. But, again, this doesn't stop me from looking at our current government through a critical lens.

Glenfiddich is a fantastic Scotch whisky.
I think it's best enjoyed neat in a tumbler glass.
