  Stem cells - Watchtower position

  does anyone know the wt's position on medical treatment using stem cells?

  i don't even know how to go about finding out this information.

  if anyone could tell me where to look or what the current position is by the society, i am most appreciative.. i would like to recommend the treatment to a jw relative, but don't want to get involved in an argument if it is forbidden.

  They would reject based on certain sources and delivery methods. For example, embryologically derived stem cells would be rejected. However, I could see them accepting induced pluripotent adult cells - if not derived from blood, but say, skin.

  all they did was invite us to a convention on the other side of town in mid-july.

  my husband tried to engage them and asked where he could send them some information.

  they showed him the address for the convention center across town-yeah, they are going to get it there.

  Le escribimos del Escritorio de Información Pública de la sucursal de Centroamérica de los testigos de Jehová con relación a la nota publicada en diferentes portales en la que se menciona que un grupo de testigos de Jehová participaron en destruir un altar Otomí en el sitio arqueológico de San Bartolo Tutotepec, Hidalgo.
