  Site Update: Feb 9, 2015 - Vote feedback! (likes / dislikes)

  i just pushed out an update that should now show post votes and provide some feedback when you click the like / dislike button.

  the votes shows as a +5 / -2 next to the like and dislike options.. i just realize i linked the display to the ability to vote and given that the vote links are hidden on your own posts, that currently means you can't see the votes that others have given you (i'm almost wondering now if that may be for the best, lol).

  expect it to change when i push the next update out.. duplicate votes won't be counted even though they may appear to update in the ui so don't bother trying to go click-crazy - every member only get's one vote on each post.. just a word of caution: i take serious people who try to game the system.

  why cant I sign out?

  i cant sign out.

  every time i come to the site, im already signed in i click sign out over and over again and it wont sign me out.. whats the secret, lol..

  I've had this problem too, for about three weeks now . I sent you an PM but I don't think it reached because I don't see it in the outbox logs. Also i don't see "likes" or "dislikes" on my posts just the" flag".

  the bible has lost its luster during this age of information so many real truths have been brought to light with the help of the internet, that the bible just isn't looked upon the same if at all anymore.

  if you can still cling to the bible after thorough research then "god bless you"!

  I clicked like on your posts and nothing happens but when I clicked on the others the numbers changed immediately. My "enter" button is giving trouble so I have clicked on of the "like's"  twice .

  first post on here.

  i've been lurking for 3-4 years and i mean i've been a mega lurker, doing marathon reading sessions for months or weeks.. sometimes i proceed by researching specific topics, or posters; other times just reading current discussions.

  i'm particularly fond of "old" post, i.e 10-12-15 years ago.. i have laughed, smiled, got mad, cried etc, just reading some threads here.. as you can see i suffer from some kind of "accute lurkitis".

  i have updated the article at memorial partakers with the figures released for 2014. no surprises here, it has risen yet again, this time by 6% over last year, and is now 14,121.. .

  i was expecting you, but not so early in the day.. i saw you walk up to my neighbor fred's house last week while i was out getting the newspaper, once again tossed into the bushes by a careless newspaper boy.

  today, it's the usual routine of rising at dawn, fetching the paper from the bushes -- where else?

  i just wanna know why...after a thousand dang years, jehovah would even want to think about lettin go of the dude who started it all....satan.

  why?..

  like a thousand years is a long time, and people are supposed to be gettin perfect n stuff during this time, and the earth is supposed to be gettin all perfectionized.... so satan can f- - - it all up again?.

  First: Perfect couple  fail the test with the evil guy.

  Then: He wants to test imperfect humans with the same guy.

  After:  He kills off almost all imperfect humans because they like what the other guy brings to the table.

  THEN: He decides to allow the obedient ones to live for a thousand years. Just to release the evil one again to see how many fail the test and die

  Here's my q. How does the evil one get to live century after century ,millinium after millinium while the first couple are dead in less than 1000 years? inpartial divine justice? you've got to be shitting me.

  And the evil one is allowed to kill off more people by tempting them into badness.

  there were these two couples at our dinner table that were having an all out pissing competition as to who was the most spiritual.
