Color results white light divided into a spectrum. Spin a true color wheel and you will see it blur then turn white. Red, Blue, Violet, Orange, Yellow and Green light make white light. Black is actually the absence of light or color. If you take all light away you will see only black. So technically white is all colors mixed.
That said, I hardly ever see a truly black person or truly white person. People usually are varying shades of brown.

Yes, but this is changing. The hispanic population of California is growing at a rate so that in a few years, they will be the majority. Hispanic numbers have surpassed black numbers in the USA. Maybe rich white men are on their way out.
