Anyone Tried Online Dating Sites?

  I did a stack of internet dating a year ago. Met about a dozen guys. Most were nice and normal but things didn't work out.

  From spending a lot of time doing it, it seems that people on the dating sites fall into 3 categories..

  1. Wanting sex only,

  2. Geeks and losers who can't find that special someone,

  3. Normal people.

  That might be a bit harsh to say that, but the 'normal' people are hard to find.

  Here is my worst experience....

  I met one guy that I saw for a couple of months. I knew he was a sleazy cheating sort but I found out more about him than he wanted me to know. When we met he said he was 30 with an 8yr daughter. In reality he was 42 with a 19 yr son and the 8 yr daughter. He also had multilple ads, one as a 28 yr old who was chatting up 18yr old girls and also chatting up young men for sex. He also had an ad as a 23 yr old lesbian who was chatting up other women. He was arranging times and places to meet men for sex, but not turning up, just like it was all a big game. He was straight but just leading people on. And to top it off he was into orgies and swinging in a *major* way and had also taken unconsented sex videos of me and him and was showing them to his son.

  Needless to say when I found all this out I told him to **** off and I haven't seen him since.

  It pisses me off because you can put a profile on for free, but to get with someone you have to buy a membership. Damn. Forget it.

  . Large women don't always have the best sense of humor when they're tired. Heck, as I recall, those Amazons can be pretty impatient with men in general.

  My one sided view is there are some women on there trying to fleece men for free meals out - and in one case even money.

  
  Yup... there are also women who like to string men along for the power-trip. Basically they like to see just how long they can keep him coming back for more abuse.

  A few months ago some chick tried that on me. We made plans, I showed up but she didn't... 15 minutes after she was supposed to be there she called and said she would have to reschedule. Yeah, right. Beotch can find someone else to play with.
  
  A *normal* girl will call well in advance to cancel a data... I can handle that. A psycho chick will call *after* the date to cancel... homey don't play da't.

  I was in a casino last night and I said to the croupier, "Im just going to the bar to get a drink", and a girl, a complete stranger said to me, "I'll look after your chips" (there was about £7000) I said ok and went to the bar. When I got back, she gave me £300 pound back and had lost the rest gambling with my money. I have to point out at this stage that is was toy money in aid of the tsunami, but even so. [I know the more I experience of women, the more cynical I am becoming]

  Its intersting how women excuse other women for poor behavior. There are too many men out there making the same complaints for these to just be isolated incidents. Something is amiss here.. hey guys try looking at these sites:

  I was looking over a couple of these dating sites and I couldn't help but notice one person that had the same picture on two different sites with different ages, job description, income, and hometown. lol

  Yes, I've yet to check out links but it's strange how fleeced men are so silent. Like they're ashamed of being taken for a ride by women. No man likes to admit it. It's like the tables turned on the abuse of women by men, except these are the vulnerable men and I expect many ex-jws could quite easily fall into this category.
