If you don't mind me adding something important I need to say that actually you can be suicidal without knowing it.
I've almost killed myself by balancing on the balcony border on my belly from the 8th floor in knowing that I'm extremely scared of height (Anthony's crys woke me up) actually I didn't know when I got on my balcony, I didn't even remember me opening the door of the balcony.
I got scared of that and to prevent it, every morning I've had to through up lots of things on the ground 3 meters around the balcony door to make sure I know where I'm going (in walking on those stuff to wake me up just in case)
That is why I think that most of people who suicide don't know what they are doing (probably why they somethimes chose very harsh way to die) ... So take care ... and yes stay connected to people ...
