You can come to AUSTIN. I h ave a 4000 square foot house, and LOTS of rooms, places to sleep. I have horses that people can ride, a pool that people can swim in, and TONS of rooms ro sleep. If people want to come to dallas, i can pick them up qnd bring them back. We have TWO large televisions, a fireplace, and all that stuff.... and a place....
If people wanna come here, and are going to dllas, I can do that

Hey guys, I'm waiting on a call from my friend. But here is how I think we should procede: If he offers the Spot to me for free, or very, very cheap, lets go ahead and plan to do it there, but if not, lets just plan on someones house or some other facility.
The place is the ultimate for a big party, but here's the deal... He has been looking for someone to sign a long term lease on the place for quite a while, so, there is a good chance that he will still be looking in Febuary, but still, if he finds someone who wants to start right away, our party will be bumped, no question.
Since that is the case, maybe we shouldn't start collecting money or anything like that for the place, but rather just use it if it is offered and available, but have a backup plan?
Any thoughts?
