I am just glad I got out without ketchup on my head.
Damn, I missed! Sparkplug, I am SO glad you made it and I hope you will without hesitation show up at ALL the Dallas 'fests from now on. Hopefully next time we'll have more time to talk, but we had to get the kids home to bed. Plan on coming to our house for the crawfish boil in a couple of months -- last year was great fun for everyone except the crawfish.
I'm sorry you are losing two of your friends. That's tough. I don't know anymore what, if anything, comes after death, but I am at peace about it. Live every minute now to make your life and someone else's a little better and your life will not be in vain. You pass on your love to the next generation and just maybe the world will be a little bit better because you were there for a while. Look at the difference your friend has made in your life, even though (s)he has to leave. Truly, love never dies.
I'll PM you my phone number if you need to talk, okay?
Hugs,
Nina
I thought the right answer was Santa Anna.
dammit!!

Nina,
All you said is how I live. And it does and is making a difference. I am sorry we did not visit more, but I do understand kiddos. Just left mine at home seeing it was a first time. Talking ...well I may ask for it at some point, I just figure, A friend of mine summed it up before he died 2 years ago. (I think he made all the difference in the JW healing trail). He told me I was on the right track. If yo cant trust a dying man to tell it like it is... Than who can you? He "to sum it up" said, ...blah blah..keep on loving and keep on living. Right now, I think I want to shut it out a bit and keep going.
Going for it.
Badger...SOY... I gave you onion thingi's.
Big Tex
Was that Michael Jackson? And if so. That is a real good Karate chop. LMAO
NPY:
I didn't miss you, personally, but the baggage cart sure did. <snort> It started sniffling when you didn't come.... No, we won't GO THERE.
Just kidding, girl. I missed you really bad. Or as Ms. Rabbit says "I missed u worser." I love ya and can't wait to see you again.
Kay Kay: You were just totally apostum! I can't wait to see your bootie-licious junk trunk again! If you ever want to come to AUSTIN, you got the hook up girlfriend.
Badger: No problem! You've always been such a good friend to me I know you're crab-nabulous, but you remind me so much of the most favoritist man in my life: Daddy. He's a restauranteur, but a cranky one at that. Rent "Slacker" and you will see him. I'ts bizarre when your Dad has a star profile on the movie database.
The rest of youse: ya'll are HOT and if I was single I'd be in heaven!
er....oh.. <looks around> about the GIRLS? They're REALLY HOT! <fans herself>

Dayum, that was fun! Highlights included:
Meeting Valis' friend Dwayne- this guy was fascinating to observe!
Hanging out at Valis' house, meeting a handfull of verrry cool folks- kind of getting my feet wet before the big party later.
Hemplover's house party!!!!
Getting lost in Dallas, whilst Country Girl drove us about in her monster pickup.
Falling asleep (cuz I'm not used to alcohol) and waking up because Wildfire had put a cigarette in my mouth, to the amusement of all present.
The Conspiracy Museum near Dealey Plaza. I had no idea there were actually three gunmen, but apparently it's so.
Watching a tipsy apostatababe prank calling her dad in another city- so funny, I'm still laughing about the tomatoes.
Meeting Cruzanheart, Big Tex, Badger, Arrowstar, Eyebrow2, Z-man, Mr. and Mrs. Rabbit, Wildfire, Hemplover, Six of Nine, Xena, Little Toe, kaykay m p, Elsewhere, FMZ, and a ton of other people, live and in person.
Dallas is a great city, and you all are great fun to party with!

Oh sorry. That's my son. His first name is Jackson. He was at Dave & Busters but you may not have seen him as he got a serious attack of the shys. He was the little blonde guy with glasses.
Insomniac. it was a pleasure to meet you and sorry if Dwayne was a bit much... He's a heck of a guy to have around when the fightin starts, but sometimes he's a bit of a goofy drunk. Glad you enjoyed your time in Dallas and you are always welcome in my home. That goes for the rest of you filthy Apostates too! I had a great time and enjoyed seeing all of you again. It was also a pleasure having FMZ hang out with me for a couple days. he only peed in one corner...that I know of..
Sincerely,
District Overbeer
I can bring Moose over to sniff it out for you, Valis, if you want confirmation.
