Guess what dudes. My son and I just went and purchased a 42" Plasma screen. It's going to mount above my fireplace. I'm drooling all over my computer as we speak. It arrives tommorrow. Who says you need a man to have a huge TV anyway. Bring the beer. What kind of caps should we wear on our head. Gotta wear a hat. We could just get a big Keg of beer. That would work. We need some wine and coolers for the ladies too.Anybody in?
Sounds pretty sweet, redhot! Where ya at?
Six, I don't know if you can have "Ponderosa" but geez that the place for you all to have fun together (can even camping the whole weekend with 2 or 3 big Tents or everyonce his own, whatever ...) and it also have facilities for the Bathroom, TV, BBQ ... (not in Dallas but ... well ... way cool)
Frenchbabyface- sounds lovely, but my idea of camping is staying at the Motel 6. And, Texas has lots of nasty critters, like fire ants, tarantulas, scorpions, and emus, all of which would consider my soft flesh a delicacy!
LOL, insomniac, Frenchy can tell you about the "critters" at the Ponderosa. You're right FBF, the P onderosa would be a cool place for a camp-out sometime.
Soooo... party at CountryGirl's, woohoo!!!!. Er, I mean....So, party at CountryGirl's? lol. It looks like it would be too iffy to plan for my friends place. Due to his situation with trying to lease it, he isn't too keen on just loaning it out.
There certainly are other places like the Spot that I know could be rented in Dallas, if we needed to. I'm guessing the fee would be in the 300-500 dollar range. Most all would be close to downtown.
Otherwise we'll end up wandering around Deep Elum looking for a Whattaburger, again!
You say that like it's a bad thing. I seem to recall you were actually eating a Whataburger that night too.
It was worth all that driving to find a damn Whataburger when I saw the smile on Steve's face. You would have thought he was having a gourmet meal munching down on that greasy burger and those fries.
when I saw the smile on Steve's face
That's someone who knows the greatness that is Whataburger.
I would LOVE to make it. I miss you all SOOO much. I'm just afraid I'd be so sad again after I left. If SASSY goes, then I am definently IN.
