It seems that the WT has already decided that blood medicine does not go against Bible, however it is a problem for the wt to make this Titanic change in jws doctrine, hence some strategy has to be put into action so that this change gradually takes place with the least amount of damge. Big changes in fractional amounts have already taken place.
