After I eat my lunch, I'll make a phone call and see if I can get my hands on a copy tonight.... Unless someone else beats me to it.

Mentioning the WT is just another way of checking how many people still actually think those mags have relevant info for mankind ... rather than the inspired expressions drivel that it actually has ...

Anyone who had ever seen that site knows that those kids needed to get a life in the worst way. Hopefully they don't just spend the time in field service.

At this time I'd just like to give a warm welcome to Jehovahs- witness.com's newest member:

You knew you'd get here one way or the other...eventually.

I love the name of the page: leave_now_and_never_come_back.htm

It reminds me of Babes in Toyland's the Forest of No Return. Maybe there should be an arrow on the page saying something like "Here Be Dragons!"

Please take heed. This is your last warning.

Have you all seen the Nov 1st WT? You should...

MAYBE Nov. 1st will make the end of the world?! "Please take heed"? Who else in the world would use the word 'heed'?! Too odd, I guess we just keep an eye on things..................

Lucy from Kent's forum has looked through the Watchtower in question and has sussed the reason, there is no mention of shutting down Internet sites in the magazine, however there is a quote there that suggests some kind of betrayal...

Following the fall of the Berlin Wall in 1989, a number of well-kept secrets were revealed. For instance, Lydia* discovered that during the socialist regime in East Germany, the Stasi, or State Security Service, had compiled a file on her private activities. If Lydia was surprised to hear of the file, she was aghast to learn to had supplied the Stasi with information--her husband. She had been betrayed by someone she should have been able to trust completely
