That is NOT the trinity.That is a heresy called modalism.
It's hilarious that even those who try to defend the trinity can't begin to understand it.
It's been discussed many, many times here. Whether you believe/accept the Trinity is of no real relevance, but what is important is understanding the principle mechanics of the doctrine. A quick Google will reveal that 'The Trinity' never says that the Father and Son (and Holy Spirit) are the same person. Never.
That's how modalists defended modalism... which the proto-orthodox church called a heresy...

Having the average Christian explain the Trinity to you is like having the average Jehovah's Witness explain the generation of 1914 to you.
