    Maybe they figured out how much money they are paying out every year on pedophile cases and divided that into their contributions and figured out they will be out of money by then.

    @average joe this was not meant as click bait. My devout JW elder father of 30 plus years is not one to gossip or tell anyone ANYTHING that has been told to him in 'private'. But maybe this was his desperate last ditch effort to scare us into going back to Jehover.

    The reason I posted this question on here was because this forum has been a great place for me to ask questions or just share a part of my life I cannot share with almost anyone. And you guys are usually on top of the latest rumor/gossip.

    But now looking at my post, I forgot to add a question mark. Maybe I need to work on my Titles..

    You know, this wouldn't actually surprise me... the lawyers have probably advised 'em that they expect the WT's tax-exemption to be revoked within the decade.

    I wouldn't put it past the GB to try and spin it like this in an attempt to save face while they bugger off the Caymans where the Org's nest eggs are stashed, and let the dumbass loyalists and Kool-Aiders think the "Faithful Slave" has been raptured away or something...

    No meetings? How else do Cults keep their blind followers in order? There will always be meetings and they have to have some bogus articles for them to spread their flip-flop rules.

    It wouldn't surprise me though if the WTS completely dropped all printing of the literature they produced eventually.

    I guess the 2 billion people now living in impoverished countries that dont have access to the inter-net or afford an IPad wont be able to hear the Good News of the Kingdom, they are SOL.
