That's a six pack of Bundaberg Rum and Cola in a fridge situated in Australia. And also a baby Carpet snake. A variety of python.

My guess is that it had probably crawled in the cardboard packaging while it was still at the cannery or enroute to the store and the cold kept it stunned or too sluggish to move or need any nourishment. Sort of like suspended animation.

It's only a baby. Keep it as a pet. I've had a few in the house and the shed over the years, usually curled up and fast asleep.
